Your POV
"Y/n, you're staring again."
I snapped out of my trance as I felt my cheeks getting hot, "Oh, uh-"
"I know you like him, it's so obvious. Just talk to him." My best friend, Lily, said.
"No way. Besides, dosen't he like Sirius?" I said, sighing and slouching back in my chair.
"Sirius? No way, they're like brothers. Besides, I've heard the way he talks about you, he's head over heels for you." Lily said, looking back down at her parchment, "Just give it a chance."
"Oh, fine." I said, knowing that Lily would persist until I did it anyway. I put my books in my bag and stood up slowly, glancing at Lily before I walking towards Remus' table, my blush growing with every step.
"Hi."
He looked up, confused at first, then smiled, "Hi, Y/n! How are you?"
"I'm great, how are you?" I responded, calming down.
"I'm doing good, do you want to sit down? You don't have to stand, y'know."
I pulled out a chair and sat down, "I hope I'm not bothering you, are you working on something important?"
"No, I'm just reading. I'd rather talk to you anyway." He replied, closing his book after folding diwn the corner.
My face went red again and I smiled, "What's the bokk about?"
"It's about- Oh, are you okay? Your face is red." A look of worry swept across his face as he put a hand to my forehead, checking my temperature.
"I'm perfectly fine." I squeaked. I widened my eyes at hoe high my voice got and my blush grew deeper as I sunk into my seat.
Remus chuckled, "Your voice is cute."
"Your face is cute."
"What?"
"What?"
"I- your- your face is cute too." and now, Remus was blushing.
"Oh- I- thanks, Remus." I replied, avoiding his eyes.
"Yeah."
"Yeah."
"Do you wanna go on a date with me?" he asked.
"Yeah- wait, what?"
