"What do you mean Lloyd and her are engaged?" Cole asked
"Well when Misako and Layla learned that they were both pregnant, Misako with a boy and Layla with a girl they decided that they would be good friend and they should be engaged. Me and the Overlord disagreed but once our wife's made up their mind their was no changing it" Garmadon chuckled
"But i don't even know her" Lloyd said sadly
"Of course you have, don't you remember the little girl and her mother hat was with you and Jacob when you were 2 to when you were 5" Garmadon said without giving away too much information about Lloyd's past.
"Wait her? Cupcake's the Overlord's daughter?" He asked
"Cupcake?" Zane questioned
"That was her nickname" Lloyd said a bit embarrassed
"She was Lloyd's best friend, until the fire, Aria and Lloyd were separated and they have never seen each other again. In fact Aria thinks Lloyd died" Garmadon said
"But I didn't" Lloyd said
"Aria has changed since she was little Lloyd, on your guy's 5th birthday Aria's mother was killed in front of her. Since then Aria had become a daddy's girl, for even though the Overlord is evil, he loved his wife and daughter" Garmadon explained.
"Ok so how has Aria met all of us before?" Kai asked
"Kai do you remember 4 years ago when a little 6 year old came to your blacksmith and asked for you to fix her knife?" Garmadon questioned
"Yeah she was really .... oh that was Aria wasn't it" Kai asked remembering
"Yep, Jay do you remember when you were training with sensei Wu 4 years ago and he was also training a little girl?" Garmadon asked
"Yeah that was Aria, she was so cute and she was like a little sister to me. She left after she injured me one day on accident because she lost control of her powers" Jay said sadly
"See, Zane you baby sitted her when she was younger a couple times" Garmadon said
"Correct" Zane confirmed
"Cole your dad gave Aria dance and singing lessons when she was 8, you worked together with her some times. She's also your cousin" Garmadon said
"Stocker" Cole said meaning he was right.
"...cousin?" Lloyd asked
"By marriage not by blood" Cole explained
Misako came in with some scrolls.
