it was the day of the dance and we spent the last 2 weeks with the decorating committee helping out to decorate for the dance Calvin and I were moving around tables around the room and other people were putting chairs around "easy does it and.." Calvin was saying to himself "stop" the head of the dance committee told us "is here good" Calvin asked "yip" we put the table down and went to move another "hey do you mind if I ask you something" Calvin raised a question "sure go ahead" I replied as I went to the other end of the table and lifted the other end "the other day when we were dealing with you know who" Calvin said referring to Negatore and the events that happened I nodded encouraging him to continue
"When you said 'I even wish I had your courage to overcome some of my fears what did you mean"I pursed my lips together and we put the table down somewhere "I've got stage fright its why you sometimes see me on my guitar but never hear me sing" I explained "I never knew you could sing," Calvin said while showing a small smile "do you remember when you told us about your fear of driving," I asked him "yeah"
"I know the feeling except its the thought of it that freaks me out," I told him as the head of the decorating committee came up to us again "this is the last table its gonna go over there it's not too far from the exit it will become the snack table" she explained making us nod understanding what we had to do
I went to one end while Calvin went to the other and lifted that end of the table "you got it" Calvin asked "mhmm" I lifted the other end and we started to move it to where we were told to put it "so how did you get your stage fright if you don't mind me asking" Calvin questioned "one time someone spread a nasty rumour about me on the night of a talent show and when it was my turn they were all whispering things and the next thing I knew I woke up in the nurse's office and I can't even perform in front of a huge crowd without fainting" I explained as he looked very shocked "wow"
"yeah its something I don't really like to talk about," I said as we put the table down "I can't really do anything to show you it's not so scary but what I can say is just practice in front of a mirror or a small crowd or something because I can kinda tell your not ready to overcome it yet" my eyes got slightly wide "no I am not but don't tell anyone what I told you OK I'm gonna tell them my self eventually but I don't want the others to know just yet"I stated "your OK you don't have to open up right away just do it when your ready" he said "thanks Cal" I sent him a small smile we herd music and we turned and found Victor dancing weirdly everyone including Calvin and I gathered around and watched
"now for my super-duper dance twirl" he started spinning around which was going well until he started spinning around uncontrollably fast which ended up with him tripping into the snack table and flipping the punch bowl and making a lot of the punch go all over Brody but most of it got on Hayley, and I "nice moves Victor" Brody exclaimed sarcastically it could be something worse like pigs blood "we better go clean up before Victor shows us his super twirl again," Hayley said "agreed," I said agreeing with what Hayley said we walked away and walked to the base to clean our self's up once we entered the base Brody noticed something off "Kodi where's Red bot"
