it was Halloween again and for the past couple of weeks both Preston and Sarah and sometimes Calvin and Hayley would try to get me to join there Halloween plans since I haven't really been around the group much until I caved and said yes "be back by midnight" I herd Mr. Tien say "got it" Preston said before we started to walk to town to meet the others "come on slowpoke keep up" Preston said "I'm not sure about this Preston" I said "Bree you have to everyone misses you besides you could do with getting out of the house" Preston said yeah let's just say I've been home a bit more "I get that but..." Preston interupted by saying "no buts you need to have some fun" Preston said lifting my arm up but I yanked it away "ok ok just don't do that or I'm ditching you" I said "no promises" Preston said as we kept walking
but for some reason we ended up stopping at the school "why are we here" I asked "yeah I forgot to tell you Mick wants our power stars" Preston informed "how come" I asked "he just wants to make some adjustments and other than mine your the only other person who hasnt given him your star yet" Preston said "ok but why didnt you give your star to him" I questioned "because you wernt there and it would be fair" Preston replied "Preston I'm flattered but you didnt need to do that" I said "like I said you wernt around and it wouldnt be fair" He said "but I couldve given my star to you to give to Mick" I said "I know" Preston said as we walked in the base "Hey Mick" Preston said "oh hi Preston hi Bree its been a while" Mick said "so I'm told" I said "hey come on he misses you aswell" Preston said "anyway here you go Mick" he said as both him and I handed him our power stars "oh perfect" Mick said taking both of the stars and putting them with the other power stars
"I will get started while you two go have some fun enjoy Halloween," Mick said "see ya Mick," I said "buy guys," Mick said as we walked out of the base and started walking to town where we meet up with the other rangers and most of the way Preston would start walking like a Caveman but I would tell him to stop we eventually went into town and met up with the others "hey guys we all look amazing," Calvin said as him and Hayley walked up to us "Presto I like that girth," Calvin said "me not Preston me, caveman," Preston said making me roll my eyes "he's been doing that alot on the way over here," I said making Sarah smile and pat my shoulder before she said "Preston did you forget to shower this morning," Sarah said "hey come on now," Preston said "Peice out man Cavemen dont need to shower," Hayley said as her and Preston high fived each other "well I'm ready to go trick or treating where do you think we should start," Brody asked, "I think we should..."
"guys look," Levi said as we saw 8 monsters infront of us making all of us get into a fight stance "power rangers yes I'm Versux and these are the Gruesome Grunts an intergalactic mob of criminals," Versux I guess said "8 monsters at once Odeuss must be getting desperate time to teach you a..." Brody said before Sarah nudged his arm "hey we left our stars with Mick to make adjustments remember" she said "you think we care about your power stars we have nothing to do with Odeuss and her ridiculous tv show" Versux said "yeah once we destroy you we'll be even more famous than that witch" a movie-themed monster said "if you want to fight us your gonna need more than 8 monsters" Calvin said "aww you think we want to fight you how adorable" a very weird looking monster thats blue and purple said "yeah who said anything about fighting we're gonna do this the easy way" a monster thats got a mouth in her hair said Versux started to perform some sort of spell before green energy surrounded us as everything went black for a couple of seconds
