Definition: A person who is romantically attracted to others but is not limited by the other's sex or gender
As someone has told me in the comments; Panromantic people are referred to as 'gender blind' meaning that they don't see gender (they're not limited by the other's sex or gender)
While Omniromantic people may or may not have slight preferences as to who they are attracted to. They're usually attracted to everyone REGARDLESS of their gender. They're attracted to ALL genders
