The Hero (izuku x nejire)

Chapter 4

A/N
Hope you enjoy this chapter. I know that there hasn't been much Izuku x Nejire and I apologize. This chapter will start to bring Nejire back into the story. Time to get back to the story.

I wake up, groaning as I feel a pounding in my head. I slowly get up and observe my surroundings. It seems that when the explosion went off it flung me into a random direction. I search to see if anyone else is with me but I don't find anyone.

I take a minute to see what injuries I have. I don't seem to be hurt too bad, only some scratches and bruises. "Glad I got out of that relatively unscathed." I mumble to myself.

After sitting around for a few minutes trying to figure out what to do next I decide to go find where I got separated from the group and see if anyone else is there.

I search for about half an hour before I find where I was. "I didn't realize how far that explosion sent me." Once I got to the site of the explosion I started searching. Much to my horror I didn't find much besides mangled bodies and missing limbs.

After searching for twenty minutes I decide to head back to U.A. But right before I left I noticed something sticking out if the ground.

I go and check out what it was when I realize it was a hand. I grab it to try and pull it up but I realize that this hand isn't detached. I start digging out whoever this was and once I get the head I see that it's Bakugo. I see that he was breathing so I speed up my digging and pull him out.

Once he is out I look over his injuries. Nothing too serious. Some minor cuts and scrapes and a broken arm. After looking over his injuries I try to wake him up. After trying for a couple minutes I decide just to carry him on my back.

When I get him on my back i charge up my legs and start to head to U.A. After about a minute of heading back I feel him start to wake up.

It takes him a second for him to realize what is happening. "PUT ME THE FUCK DOWN DEKU!" He shouts at me.

"We're a bit too high for me to just put you down. Just stay still, we'll be getting back to U.A pretty soon. I'll let you down then." I say but he doesn't listen and tries to break free but while struggling hits his broken arm causing him to yell out profanities in pain and accidentally activate his quirk sending him flying off my back and making me get sent forward where I slam into the roof of a building.

"Really Bakugo? Couldn't you just wait until we got back to U.A?" I question him is I see him slowly getting up.

"I don't need help from anyone least of all you, you useless fuck." He pants.

"Fine. Let's start heading back to U.A. Since we will have to walk it will take a while and I'm not leaving you alone with a broken arm."

1 hour earlier at U.A

"Cementoss? What's the mat-" Aizawa didn't finish when he saw the fact that Cementoss was alone and half dead. "Are you the only one?" When Aizawa asked that all he got was a grim nod.

"I shouldn't have sent anyone out with the risk it posed. This rest solely on my shoulders."

"You know they would've gone out to get their family members, even if you had said not to. All you did was have a teacher go with them so that they would be safer." Midnight says trying to comfort him.
