"what's wrong" she asks
"well my brother said he would call once he had done one of his missions but he has not called yet" you say concerned
"well there is a reason let me show you" she replies leading to trauma room 2
"I'm sorry I didn't tell you earlier"
"look it's ok I knew it would happen but didn't......" but you can't finish your sentence because you are overwhelmed by sadness and (Y|N) gives you loving hug
"Look Will if it makes you feel better the bullet didn't hit anything vital" she says trying to comfort you which doesn't work because your brother is unconscious and hooked up to a ventilator
"thanks for trying to make me feel better but it's always hard knowing that someone you love is injured" you say before you start crying again
"well I will leave you two alone then" (Y|N) says as she leaves
Eleven minutes later and you are still by Jay's bed
"I told you this was going to happen eventually" you say more to comfort yourself. A moment later
"hey Will I have an idea that might cheer you up" (Y|N) says as she enters
"ok tell me" you say feeling more enthusiastic
"ok how about we go on another date and you can choose the place" she says making you feel even better
"I'll pick you up once this shift is finished and you are ready" you completely cheering up
"ok it's a deal" she agrees
"(Y|N) was is Antonio doing here" you say on a serious note
"well I think they caught the guy who shot Jay but I don't know" she says obviously lying
"anyway I think I should go and check on my other patients"
