"Apko yaad hai na.. aaj hume ramsha ke ghar jaana hai?" Mom said to dad as he finished his breakfast.
"Haan yaad hai shaista begum. Main bas ready hi honay jaraha tha. Wese woh baat main bhool kese sakta hoon. Akhir hamare betay ka mamla hai." Dad replied.
"Haan woh tou hai. Betay se related cheez ap kese bhool saktay hai." She said looking at me.
"Haan exactly." He replied.
Dad also went to get ready as mom was waiting in the lounge.
In some minutes dad came downstairs.
"Woh apne kangan rakliye?" I asked her.
"Jee rakhliye beta." She replied to me.
They both got outside and headed to ramsha's house.
Ramiz POV
Today hadi's parents were about to come.
In some minutes the bell rang.
"I think beta woh log aagaye hai? Jaao dekho jaakar." She said to me.
"Jee Ammi khol raha hoon." I replied.
I opened the door and saw them. It was hadi's parents.
"Assalam Aalaikum aunty uncle. Aayein andar aayein." I said welcoming them.
"Walikum Assalam Beta." They both replied.
We all got inside.
"Ap log bethen. Ammi ko main inform kar ke aata hoon." I said to them.
As they got seated I informed ammi.
"Ammi woh log aagaye hai. " I said to her.
"Haan beta.. tum jaakar betho main usko lekar aati hoon. " She replied.
"Sure ammi. " I said to her.
I went in the lounge as ammi and ramsha will come in a while.
Ramsha's POV
My engagement will be happening today in the evening. And now hadi's parents also came. I was so happy today.
"Beta ramsha achay say kapde pehan kar bahar aajao. Hadi ke parents aaye hai tumhe dekhne." Ammi said as she came into my room.
"Jee acha ammi." I said to her.
Ammi goes down in the lounge.
I wore a simple anarkali in pink colour. That's my favorite dress. As soon as I changed my dress ammi came
"Waah meri bachi tou badi pyaari lag rahi hai aaj." She said to me.
"Shukriya." I said and smiled at her.
"Chalo beta neche." She said.
We both went downstairs and saw them already got seated.
"Assalam Aalaikum Aunty." I said to her.
"Walikum Assalam Beta.. aao betho meray paas. "
I went to her and got seated beside her.
"Beta yeh hamare khandani kangan hai jo mujhe meri saas ne pehnaye thay.. aur meri yeh khawish thi ke main apni bahu ko pehnaoon." She said making me smile.
I forwarded my hand towards her she put the bangles in my hand.
"Acha ab hume ijazat dey. Phir shaam main mulakaat hoti hain. Ghar jaakar tayariyan bhi karni hai. Khuda hafiz " She said from getting up.
"Jee zaroor." Ammi said. "Khuda Hafiz ammi added.
They all said goodbyes to each other and I closed the gate.
-Later that day -
I was getting ready for my engagement. I was so so happy today. I wore lime green dress which my mom gave me on my birthday. As soon as I got ready I heard a knock.
"Kon hai?" I asked.
"Main hoon ramsha." Ramiz said.
"Aaajao." I said.
"Badi pyaari lagrahi hai aaj meri behan MashAllah se." He said making me blush.
"Thank you mere pyaare bhaai." I replied.
"Acha chalo bhi ab. Tum ladkiyan bhi na kitna time lagati ho tayaar honay main." He said making me smile.
"Haan haan baba.. arahai hoon. Bas do minute aur." I replied.
I did my makeup and went downstairs with maira.We both saw each other.Khadoos tou aaj bada acha lag raha hai yaar.
Hadi's POV
We reached ramsha's house at 7 and sat downstairs waiting for ramsha to come. Some minutes later she came. And she was looking so beautiful. I didn't know ke woh bhi mujhe kabhi achi lagegi. Khair we did the ceremony. I put the ring in her hand and she do the same.
