Every part of my body was hurting from the class so I just changed into a hoodie and some sweatpants before s heard a light bang on my window..low and behold it's Sean holding up a piece of paper that wrote

"Not bad new kid :):"

I quickly run over to what is my desk..made out of boxes..but it's still a desk to get a piece of paper and write a response

"Thanks.. your not to bad yourself"

I let out a quick laugh while he smirks and opens his window.

"What's up new kid" He said to me smirking

Something about his smile just melted my heart..he seemed really sweet so I willingly opened my window and begin to speak

"Are you just gonna call me new kid?" I said

I assumed he would have some rude remark as a response just like all the other guys I talked to back in Washington..but he didn't

"I don't know you that well so I shouldn't call you anything else"  He said with a smile

I don't know why I was so starstruck..oh my lord Kayc you've known this guy for like half a day snap out of it.

"Call me Kaycee"  I said more as a statement then a question

I knew that I had to start decorating so I just walked away from the window until Sean spoke

"Need any help?" He asked politely 

I did need help but I didn't want any from him because knowing my siblings they will ship me with every guy that steps a foot by me and I don't need the Jack situation happening again..but you know we're not gonna speak of that.

"No but if I break an ankle i'll make sure to blame you..wait what.."  I said innocently

We both laugh as we close our windows in unison. I tried to block out the thoughts in my head by blasting catchy music but it didn't work...it never has. Back in Washington I went through a lot and I always used dance and music but I still got bullied...but Los Angeles is a fresh start. I start to here a bang on my window..it's Sean

"Your music is clashing with mine" He said while laughing

I wanted to yell at him but all I could do was laugh along with him

"Well your window is legit 7 feet from mine so I don't know what to tell you" I said 

He looked at me with unamused stare so I just sat there and smile obnoxiously waiting for pitiful response but I actually got a laugh out of him. The first time I spoke to Sean I thought he was going to be such an ass like the others..but I think I was wrong.

"I guess that's true..I could literately touch your finger if your held it out"  He said as I laughed

~A little while later~

It was about midnight and Sean and I were still talking but mostly laughing...Sean's not to bad. After hours of talking I've learned that he has lived in California his whole life with his two sisters Sarah and Serris, He does online school like me, and he's 17. That's isn't all we talked about but if I did say all of it we would be here till summer.

He flashed a smile and just stares..it was weird but some what cute. He quickly looked away and blushed so me being me I had to say something

"What's wrong Lew..your blushing" I said while he turned away and chuckled

He looked really cute when he blushed....

"Hey so..could I maybe get your number?" He said awkwardly 

I was going to say yes but I had the opportunity to do this so I had to do it

"It's getting late..maybe you'll see something on my window in the morning" I say smiling as I close the window

He rushes away from his window and grabs a piece of paper that wrote

"Nice one Rice..Goodnight"

 I hurry to get a piece of paper saying,

"Goodnight Lew..and remember check my window"

He smiled and walked away as I wrote down my number on a piece of paper and stuck it on my window. But a couple minutes after I did I heard the faint sound of my phone going off...it was an unknown number but I had a feeling I knew who it was

"Look out your window"

Right when I read it I knew it was Sean. There was a note on his window saying

"I'm not that stupid Rice" 

Right after I read it he opened his window and smirked..ugh this boy. I sat on my couch staring at the closed window thinking about how this move may not be so bad. Sean seemed unlike the guys in Washington..he wasn't such an ass..I hope it stays that way.

~That morning~

I woke up this morning knowing it was my first day I have to do school here in California so I was not happy. I stare at the ceiling fan spinning until I heard a knock on my door..Sean

"Sorry my family got locked out of the house so I need to climb out your window to get in" He said while I just sat there laughing

I got up unlocked my window and watched him climb the tree over to his..he turned around and smiled

"You missed me so much that you had to create an excuse to come back"  I said 

He laughed..I honestly thought he was going to fall

"Naww I think I'll just save that excuse for ..

A/n I don't know when this is going to be posted but I wrote this on the 25th *edit.. it's the 29th* but it's ok. Sorry for the boring chapter I promise that they will get better. Right now my main book is still change but i'm just writing this to see if ya'll like it. I'll prolly stop updating this one till i'm done with change but I may every once in a while before that
