I'll Stay With Her..

After I said this all of Sean's friends looked at him with a yeah sure..look probably because they don't believe me. I stood there talking to Bailey while the guys whispered about me..more like yelling because I heard like their entire conversation. All they talked about was Dude she dances too?,she's a keeper,nice one lew, and she's totally into you. I'm not gonna lie it was kind of weird hearing that because I've only known him for like 2 days

"Well Kaycee and I are going to go get some soda..I'll see you guys around" Sean said 

We walked over to the kitchen where all the food and drinks were..his friends were following us but  didn't say anything I just looked back and smiled

"They're following us aren't they" Sean whispered

 I looked at him and smiled

"Yep" I whispered back

Sean and I just laughed and looked back at them waving

"Hey guys" I said waving still

"RUN!" They all said in unison 

Sean and I gave each other that look to chase them..so we ran as fast as we could outside chasing all of them down the street. Sean took my hand as we ran after all of them screaming and laughing until the all stop and surrender. We all just laugh for a long time before Sean finally spoke

"That's what you get for following us" Sean said

"May I add..ya'll "whisper" very loudly so I could hear you guys talking about it" I said

They all laughed and yelled at Julian about how loud he was being. When Julian made a remark that Bailey did not like because she doesn't want the same thing to happen here that happened in Washington

"Need to inform us about anything else Mrs Washington.." Julian said

This made me laugh but Bails did not like what he said so she slapped him..

"Actually yes..cool it on the Axe" I smiled at him then Sean and walked away with Bailey

The guys weren't to far behind us as we walked back to Bailey's house. Bailey and I were talking when she asked a question that I new she would ask sooner or later

"So what's going on with you and Sean?" She asked nudging me

"Nothing bails.." I said smiling

"It doesn't look like nothing" she said 

I could feel her eyes drilling into the side of my head mostly because she could knew something was up

"I promise you..we're just friends" I said hesitantly 

I don't know why but saying that made my heart ache..

All the guys kept nudging me trying to get a word out of me about my friendship with Kaycee and I finally cracked but what I said the barely believed

"So your trying to tell us that you guys are just friends?" Josh said suspiciously

"I promise you we're just friends" I said looking down

I had this weird feeling in my stomach when I said that we're just friends..I don't know why but I just did

"What ever you say Lew.." Julian said shaking his head

We were almost back at Bailey's house when I get a call from my mom

 "Drive Kaycee to the Los Angeles hospital right now..It's her family"

I was so scared for Kaycee that I just hung up the phone and ran up to Kaycee without saying anything to our friends

"We have to go now!" I said 

"What..why?"

The only words I could get out of my mouth was

"Hospital..your family" I said grabbing her hand

We ran as fast as we could back to my car..I could see the tears dripping down her beautiful face. I got her some tissues from the glove box and drove off..luckily the hospital is very close to bailey's house so it wont take long to get there. I quickly glance over at Kaycee and I see her with her head in her knee's sobbing so I put my hand on her shoulder trying to console her. We pull into the hospitals parking lot, quickly get out and run in.

"Um hi i'm the daughter and sister of the rice's" Kaycee said as her whole body trembled with fear

"Yes..um your mother is in room 208..your father is in 209 and is unresponsive ..your sister..is in surgery and your brother is getting his leg checked out in x-ray and if this is your boyfriend he may go with you"

She gave me a nod as we walked to her parents rooms

"Just make them think it and we'll be fine" she said 

I just saw her mom in the hospital bed with all sorts of scratches and bruises..I just watched her run over to her and hug her sobbing

"What happened?!" She said in between breaths

"Kylie was driving us to a restaurant and a truck hit us and the guy that did it was actually a wanted criminal" Her mom said in a weak tone

"So Kylie is hurt the worst?" She said as she sighed

"Yeah..she broke 3 ribs and her right broken collarbone so they are looking at her in the surgery room" Her mom said

I glanced over at Kaycee and I could see the distress in her eyes..I was hating seeing her like this..every part of my body was 

"You should go visit your father" Her mom said as she slowly fell asleep

We walk out of her moms room and head to her dads room next door..he looked a lot worse.She turned around and started to sob as she put her and around my torso and hugged me really tight. I put one of my hands on her head and the other on her waist as her dad is just laying in the bed with at least 20 cords helping him stay alive..

"It's ok..i'm here" I said trying to comfort her

Her brother Devon came in on crutches whilst we were hugging..he looked into my eyes and smiled as he walked out

"Wait! Devon" Kaycee said

He turned his head as she ran to him but she soon stopped so she wouldn't hurt him

"The doctor said I have to get home asap to rest so I don't do anything worse to the bone or nerves" He rushed to say

"So I don't know who can stay here with you.." He continued before I cut him off

"I'll stay with her"

A/N I got so distracted a lot today so this took me the whole day to write which was surprising because I can usually get a chapter done in about 4 hours, 3 hours if i'm lucky.
