*One week later*
*Ali's POV*
I've been in Cali for a week and two days now and it is so pretty here. All the people here are friendly and lovable, but I have run into my share of snobs. I talk to Jenni and Nikki everyday, but I'm still avoiding Isaac. I'm just so confused at the moment that this would happen to me I just need time to think. Eb and I are going to walk around Hollywood with Kyle and James, they've really become really close to us and not in the way you think, they're more like good friends then anything else. I rolled out of bed, went into the bathroom and got in the shower. When I got out I did my hair put on some clothes that I could easily walk in and went downstairs. Eb was sitting on the stool in the kitchen, so I went behind her "BOO" I yelled
She jumped out of her seat "Ali that wasn't nice"
"But it was funny" I giggled
"Yea whatever, so are the boys coming with us?" she asked
I nodded "Yep" I said popping the p
"When are they getting..." she was cut off by the door opening and closing
"What up my homies you ready to roll out" Kyle said and I started laughing while Eb made a weird face
"What the hell did you just say" she asked
"What you don't like my slang yo" he said and I laughed harder
"Can we just go" James said and we left
We walking around for awhile then I stopped in front of a building, it just looked really cool "Uhh Ali why'd you stop" James asked
"I wanna see something" I said and opened the door to the building and walked in, I stopped in front of a room and stood there amazed
"Why are we in here?" Kyle asked
"I wanted to see this it looked really cool" I said looking around
"So coming into a empty loft is cool" James said
"The acoustics sound amazing in here and would be a great place to sing"
"Well are we just gonna stand here or are you gonna sing something" Eb asked
"I guess I could sing something" I climbed on to the platform and put the instrumentals to Always be my baby when I finished they clapped and I did a courtesy "Wow you could hear yourself from outside" Eb said
"Yo home girl thats was tight, I mean mad dope" Kyle said
I started laughing again "Ok, Kyle you really need to stop talking like that or I'm gonna punch you" Eb said
"I agree" James said and I shook my head
"Young lady?" someone said
We all looked around until we saw someone walking down the stairs "Me?" I asked pointing to myself
"Yes, was that you singing?" he asked
I nodded "Yes I was and who are you"
"Oh, I'm sorry I'm Aubrey Drake Graham or just Drake" he said and my eyes went wide
Eb screamed "Oh my god I love you you're so talented and cute can I have a autograph or picture" she rambled on
"I'm sorry this Ebonie, James and Kyle and I'm Alexis"
He smiled "Nice to meet you guys, so do all of you sing or rap?"
"No and yes I can't sing to save my life but James and Kyle can rap" Eb said
"Oh really mind demonstrating" he asked
The boys shrugged "Sure why not"
They put the phone on instrumentals and started rapping. They finished and we clapped "That was really good you two" Eb said
"Thanks" Kyle and James said at the same time
"Yea that was, have you three ever thought about becoming famous" Drake asked and I just stood there
"No I haven't" James said and Kyle nodded "Me neither" everyone looked at me
"I uhh.. yea...kinda..I guess" they all laughed
"I'll take that as a no, so the label needs new young artists and I was wondering if you three could fit what they're looking for" he said and my mouth dropped
"Wow I would love to" Kyle said
"Me too I'm down" I didn't say anything, I was still thinking about home
"Ali, aren't you gonna say anything" Kyle asked
"Umm, but the thing is Mr Drake I don't live out here, Ebonie and I live in Colorado and I'm just visiting for the summer" I explained
He chuckled "Its Ok, Alex you're what 16? 17? we can just practice over the summers and when you turn 18 just jump right into everything, only if you want to"
I looked at Eb and she was nodding like a crazy person "I guess, I could try it out" I said and the boys cheered
"Just one question before we go, why the hell is a guy like you living in a dump like this" Kyle asked and I tilted my head thinking that too
"I'm in hiding, the fans think I'm on vaca and my producers think I've left the country" we all nodded in a agreement
"Oh well here's all our numbers and call us when you wanna get together" James said and he took the piece of paper from James We said our goodbyes and left. We walked around a little more, ate, then we went back to the house. The boys jumped on the couch and Eb went into the kitchen, I ran upstairs and grabbed my laptop, then went back downstairs and sat on the couch. I logged into Facebook and wrote as my status "MY BIG BREAK" all in caps, then I got a notification. I looked at it and it was a picture of me, Jenni, Nikki and Tina when we were all in 8th grade, then I thought back when Tina and I were actually friends and it was really hard
"Hello Ali come back down to earth" Kyle said
"Sorry, I was thinking about something" I said
"And what was that?" James asked
"I don't think you would know who I'm talking about" I said
Eb popped her head out of the kitchen "Then come and tell me"
I walked into the kitchen and sat down on a stool "So chica what's bothering you" she asked eating a sandwich
"Well, it all started in 8th grade, when Tina and I were actually friends, she got bullied in middle school because of her braces, so they called her tin can Tina except for me, Jenni and Nikki. One day Tina and I were walking home, when two guys came from the ally and started chasing us, I grabbed her arm and we ran and as fast as we could, but she slipped out my fingers and she was screaming, so I ran back to find her, but they were long gone. I searched all over the town for her until it got dark, I didn't have any luck so I ran home and told my parents but my mom didn't care and my dad said if I called the police he would kill me, but I didn't listen and started calling them until my dad grabbed my phone and threw it across the room. He sent me to my room and I tried texting and calling her but there was no luck. The next day I went to school and searched everywhere for her until I found her in the bathroom crying, she told me that she was raped and beaten and after that day she forced her parents to get her braces off and once we all got in high school Tina ditched us and well you know started acting like a bitch and slut" I said taking a deep breath
Eb sat there in shock "Wow, doesn't anyone else know"
I shook my head "No, she told me never to tell anyone not even her parents and they're the most understanding people I know" I said and she nodded.
We walked back to the living room and the boys were watching a movie, I laid on the couch and when the movie went off. Everyone was sleep, so I went upstairs with my laptop put it away then put my pajamas on. I climbed into bed and fell asleep
