Chapter 3

XAVIER POV
I woke up to the sound of my phone ringing

"Hello"I said in sleepy voice

"Hello x I need you to do me a favour"I heard dre say

"Ok what is it ?"

"Could you drop princess to school today please?"

"Yh ok"

"Ight be here around 7:45"

"Ok"I said hanging up the phone looking at the time.I got up to have my 30 mintues shower.By time I was ready it was 7:30 so left my house quickly so I could be there on time.

As I got closer I saw dre and Princess standing on the porch.I pulled in front of there house they both walked up to my car.Princess got in the back while dre came to my window

"Thanks man,something came up so I needed someone to take her"

"It's good bro"

"Alright man let me let you guys go Bye princess love you"

"Bye dre love you too" I pulled off

"Princess do you want to get something to eat"

"No thank you"

"Ok and how have you been?"

"I have been alright but ma passed away so it's been kinda hard"

"I know I'm sorry to hear that"

The rest of the car journey was silent except from the radio playing.We arrived at her school and I let her out.

"Thanks Xavier,I will see you later"

"Your welcome bye"

I couldn't stop myself from staring at her ass it was fat.I should stop that's my Dre's little sister. I wouldn't want him to come after me for trying to get with his sister.

PRINCESS POV
"HEYYYY PRINI" jada shouted

"Jada why are you loud in the morning,how do you do it ?"I asked laughing 

"It's because I am happy to see you"she said while opening her locker

"I am happy to see you but I am not that loud"

"Yeah yeah whatever"she said playfully rolling her eyes

I had a 2000 word essay due tomorrow so I decided to stay in school.I sent dre a text letting him know I would be home late.

DREEE: Alright princess be safe

After reading the message I started my work the time was now 4:15

2 hours later

I am the only one left in the library.I have finished my work so I packed up all my stuff and started to call my brother but his went to voicemail so I tried again and I got nothing.

I decided not to wait for him but to make my own way .After about 10 minutes of walking it began to pour down of rain so I ran to the closest shop to get shelter.I was waiting for the rain to settle down but it got harder I tried to call dre again but it went to straight to voicemail.

I heard the door open I looked to see Xavier come in the shop.He was looking for something so I didn't say anything until his eyes landed on me.

"Princess what are you doing here"he said raising an eyebrow,I explained to him what happened

"I could drop you home if you want"

"Ok thank you"

We made a our way to his black BMW and pulled off. We were 15 minutes away from my house on till Xavier phone started ring.

"Hello...yes why?...what do you mean...how many times...4 OH SHIT !...alright we are coming now."Xavier said putting his phone the cup holder and making a u-turn

I was really confused to why we were at the hospital but I didn't question it. We made our way to the front desk

"Could I know what room Dre'Andre Anderson is in please?"

Once he said that I knew it wasn't going to be good I tried to think positive but nothing was working.

"He's is room 24b on the 2nd floor"

"Alright thanks,come on princess"

I followed Him to the elevator.When we got to the floor we was told to go and wait in the waiting room.

It was just me and Xavier until omarian walked coming over and giving me a hug and dabbing up Xavier

"So is anyone going to tell me what has happened"I said with a slight attitude I heard omarian sigh

"Dre was shot in his shoulder and 3 times in his chest"

After hearing that I broke down because I can't deal with the thought of loosing my brother,he's the only person I have left.I don't even know who my dad is my mother told us that he never wanted anything to do with us.

I felt someone wrap their arms around me and whisper in my ear "everything is going to be ok dre will make it though this he is strong"

XAVIER POV

After hearing about what happened to Dre I was pissed and I wanted to know who did thisI felt bad for Princess because her brother is the closest family she has.After her crying for 30 minutes she feel asleep on my shoulder.

I felt someone tapping my arm telling me to wake up "Xavier wake up"

"hmm"I said rubbing my eyes"

"they said we can see dre"

I got up and made my way to his room to see him wrapped in bandages.Princess started crying again and ran over to his side and held his hand.

I couldn't see him like this.I walked out the room.I just decided to wait outside in the waiting Room.Just thinking about losing Dre bought tears to my eyes but I know had to stay strong
