Past - She was abused by her parents at a very young age. One day they took her to the middle of nowhere, and they beat her until she couldn't move. They left and a few hours later Rosalie Cullen was hunting and came across the young girl. Rosalie took her back to Carlisle. Carlisle helped her and when she woke up the Cullen's didn't push her to tell them what happened, they wanted her to feel like they could trust her. After a week with them, she told Rosalie and asked her to tell the rest. Emmet, Jasper, and Rosalie were super pissed and wanted to kill her parents, but Esma calmed them down. That was Eight years ago and during that time they adopted Zora with open arms. They will turn her into one of them when she is in danger, they all agreed on this and she is happy with that.
