In the future, in a country that used to be called South Korea but it now called The country of Aero, everyone gets their memory erased when they are 10 years old and/or whenever they commit a crime.

in which the galaxy's sun wore out over 100 years ago. every since then, the orphans of each country is forced to fight the monsters in the dark. A group of these orphans, plan to try and get light back to the world. somehow... two orphans, on the verge of becoming adults, only have a certain amount of time left before they are obligated to stop fighting.
