*Face Claim for Skyler above*

I'm sitting in the library near my house, reading my favorite book The fault in our stars. I would read at home but my parents unexpectedly told me to leave the house earlier this morning. Not that I mind it was just very sudden.

I'm at the part where Hazel is in the hospital, when I feel a tap on my shoulder. I look up to see Mr. Poe the banker.

"How do you do Mr. Poe" I say smiling.

"I'm fine thank you Skyler" Mr. Poe says

"A nice day isn't it" I say gazing outside

"It is a nice day, I have terrible news for you Skyler, your parents have perished in a terrible fire" Mr Poe says. I drop my book in shock as my smile fades and tears start to well up in my eyes.

"What?" I breathe

"Perished means killed" Mr. Poe says

"I. Know. What. Perished. Means" I exclaim as I let a few tears fall.

"Come with me please" Mr  Poe says. I stand up and grab my book off the floor, putting it under my arm and follow Mr. Poe out of the library. He opens the back door of his car for me and I get in. He drives me back to my home, or what's left of it.

I walk through what used to be the front door and begin, exploring I guess you could say. I go into what used to be my father's office. There is a drawer in his desk, that looks rather unharmed. I open the drawer and see a strange object. I pick it up and examine it closer, ti find that it is a spyglass. Mr. Poe tells me it's time to go so I pocket the spyglass and follow Mr. Poe back outside.

After getting back into the car, Mr. Poe explains that I will be attending Prufrock Prepretory School and that he will be taking me tomorrow. All though I'm not really listening, I'm examining the spyglass further. A little bit of time passes and the car stops again. Mr. Poe says I'll be staying with his family over night.

For dinner Mrs. Poe makes boiled chicken. Edger and Albert argue weather it's a Raven or a crow. It's kind of annoying if you ask me.

After dinner, an air mattress is blown up and put on the floor of edger and alberts room for me. The Poe's bid goodnight to each other and Mr. And Mrs. Poe leave the room.

"How did you do it" edger asks

"Do what?" I say sitting up

"Start the fire" Albert says. I sigh and lay back down. Singing the song that my parents sang to me all the time softly.

There was a time, I used to look into my father's eyes
In a happy home, I was a king I had a golden throne
Those days are gone, now the memories are on the wall
I hear the sounds from the places where I was born

Up on the hill across the blue lake
That's where I had my first heart break
I still remember how it all changed
My father said
Don't you worry, don't you worry child
See heaven's got a plan for you
Don't you worry, don't you worry now, yeah

Don't you worry, don't you worry child
See heaven's got a plan for you
Don't you worry, don't you worry now, yeah

There was a time, I met a girl of a different kind
We ruled the world,
Thought I'll never lose her out of sight
We were so young
I think of her now and then
I still hear the songs, reminding me of a friend

Up on the hill across the blue lake
That's where I had my first heart break
I still remember how it all changed
My father said
Don't you worry, don't you worry child
See heaven's got a plan for you
Don't you worry, don't you worry now, yeah

Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh
Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh
Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh
See heaven's got a plan for you
Don't you worry, don't you worry child
See heaven's got a plan for you
Don't you worry, don't you worry now, yeah

Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh
Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh
Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, yeah

Drifting off to sleep soon after.

The next day
Mr. Poe wakes me up and gives me the uniform for Prufrock Prep and gives me permission to use there shower. After I shower I remember to slip the spyglass into the pocket of my sweater, and grab my book from Arthur and Edgers room. Once that's done, I'm given a peice of toast and I'm ushered out to the car. And Mr. Poe begins driving me to Prufrock Prepretory School.
