Thoughts

Zim was now a junior in hi skool and the truth on Zim's mission
was 3 years ago and Zim hasn't told anyone about his mission, especially Dib.

Zim may look like he still acts the same like before, but after the truth came out to Zim, he hasn't been the same at all. He seems more quiet and becomes depressed each and every day that goes by. He was like a prisoner in his emotions. There's no where to go to escape earth and his emotions.
He hates earth and himself. He always has thoughts on why he was such a disappointment to his tallest, what caused him to be banished here
on earth. All Zim had to let out his thoughts on was Gir, who never listened to anything Zim was talking about. Even so, all Zim had was
Gir and was the only way to comfort him.

Zim started to have darker thoughts causing him to come down with so much depression that once he comes home everyday from hi skool, he goes into his room down in the lab, and cries almost everyday 24/7. So much so that had started to develop bags under his eyes due to him
crying so much every day that he even skips school because he just lies in bed crying all day and all night, not even sleeping.

Nothing made him happy.

He figured out that one of the reasons the tallest banished him was due to him actually growing. He wasn't that tall like the rest of the others in skool, but he has grown up to Dib's neck hight, that's how much he has really grown. They might've banished him because they don't want Zim to become the next tallest. However that might've been one reason Zim thought why they banished him, but he wasn't too sure if that was one of the case.

Zim lost sleep, happiness, strength, and hope from that one incident.

"...what do I have to live for anymore, Gir?"
"TACOOOOOOOOOOOS! WEEEEEEEHO!"

"Heh, maybe your right, Gir...I do have something to live for...and that's for you" Zim replied as he grabbed Gir and hugged him while quietly crying. "Oh no, why Mastha saaaaaaaad?" And for that first time, Gir actually took notice on how Zim was acting. "Oh, it's nothing Gir, see." He let Gir see that he had his tears gone away."oooooOOoo. Oki Doki." As Gir went back to watch angry monkey leaving Zim on the couch slightly happy but still sadden by many thoughts and realization that he was nothing.

It was midnight and Zim was lying in bed just staring at his roof just thinking. He soon realized that tomorrow was Monday and that meant he had to go to school and deal with...Dib. Zim knows that anything will
make him and Dib fight and do the same things they use to. It made Zim remember the good old days where he had a mission, a purpose , a reason to fight, and to get up every day. It brought a warm smile to Zim to remember how he and Dib were and still are. But it's not like it was before. Zim would just give up but still battle Dib to try and pretend
that he was gonna take over the world.

However Dib did see it. He saw Zim wasn't like he was before, but never said anything to him because it's his enemy, and why would Dib worry about and alien who was trying to take over the world.

"...I guess I'll go tomorrow..." as he shuts off the light and his pak goes to sleep mode.
