School.

I had school today.

I was on the verge of tears when Maeve pulled up to the school

I didn't have money for online school so this was my only option

I couldnt just not go to school

Maeve's parents were now my guardians

They were very serious about school

"Riele stop being extra" she said

"Maeve, I don't even like a majority of these people" I said

"Well, we're here" she said sighing

"On the bright side I compeled the principle to switch my classes" she said grinning wide

"What if Jace is there" I said panicking

"Its a public school so that's a possibility" she said parking her car

Jace left me to go somewhere and hasn't came back ever since

Its been weeks since I heard from him

He is alive and well, he's post on Snapchat about everything he's dong

I was heartbroken

I got out the car and I walked onto the road

"Can someone just kill me" I said

My whole life changed since he left

I felt empty and depressed

I felt better now but it still hurt

"Hey, do you think you can move over" a cute boy said

"Yeah, sure" I said flat

I studied his face

He had to be new I would have recognized almost everyone since freshmen year

Nobody really moved here or away here, so you knew everyone

Maeve pulled me out the road

"You weren't kidding about getting hit by a car" she said slightly smiling

We walked inside of the school

I saw famillar faces

I gave fake smiles as I walked to home room

I sat down in the back as Maeve walked in

I guess she wasn't kidding

The random boy I saw on the road walked in behind Maeve

He gave a little smile to me

I gave a genuine smile back

Maeve sat next me setting her stuff down.
