Chapter five: Saved (Last Chapter)

Back at the Batcave

Bruce walked in his home, wondering how drunk will Robin be when he saves him, " Good day Master Bruce" "Not yet Alfred, not until I get my son back" Alfred was surprised to hear what Bruce just said, did Bruce seriously just call Dick his son? "Y-yes Master Bruce" Bruce walked down to the Bat computer. Okay Dickie is at the abandoned house next to the grave yard, but why there? Bruce thought, anyway that didn't matter where he was he just needed to hold his son.

Back with Dick and Zucco

By this point, Dick was literately coughing out blood and a huge nose bleed that just wouldn't go away, "Help me" Dick sobbed, all he wanted was Bruce but when he said "Help me" he got a punch in the gut by Zucco. Ouch. Speaking ouch... Zucco heard a swoosh and then felt a foot in the face, Batman leap in and already took down the thugs, apparently Zucco didn't notice that his thugs were knocked out. Doesn't pay much attention that one. Anyway, while super cool action was going on, Dick was just sitting there puking, coughing out blood, and having a huge nosebleed. When Zucco was finally knocked out, Bruce ran as fast as he could over to Dick cutting the rope off his legs and hands, Bruce grabbed the young boy as quickly as he could signaled Gordan that the criminals were here and left with Dick after picking up his shades.

Back at the Batcave

Bruce gently hugged the young child, that's when Dick awoke his blue eyes looking in to Bruce's "I-is he gone" "Yes Dick, its over" Dick hugged Bruce then Bruce said "Lets pay some teammates a visit now" Dick nodded and Bruce got dressed in his usual Batman suit and they went off to Mount Justice.

Back at Mount Justice

"Batman 02, Robin B02" the Zeta Beam echoed, Wally was the first one over, of course, " Rob your back!" he shouted, Wally literally hugged Robin Bruce smiled which was probably a mistake... Everyone except for Wally and Dick gasped, THE Batman was smiling!? WHAT!!?? everyone ran over to Robin excited that their little brother was finally back, M'gann showed up with non burned Cupcakes, Cookies, and a Cake. Everyone gladly ate.  

Back at Wayne Manor

Dick was getting ready for bed when he heard a knock at the door it was time for Daddybats, Bruce tucked Dick in and gave him one last hug and then went off to bed...That is until Dick had another night terror, Bruce once again ran in the room and held Dick in his arms soothing the teen until he woke and that night repeated what happened last time they both woke up in a hugging position. And everything was alright...for now.
