"Y/n we're sorry, we had no choice." The queen held her daughter's hand through the door of the light kingdom's royal carriage.  her king stood behind her, his eyes filled with sorrow. But he said nothing. Y/n wanted to snap her hand away from her mother. But she didn't. She knew her parents had no choice. 

She was mad. But not at them. She was mad at every member of the fire kingdoms palace. She had always hated the fire kingdom's leader. He was ruthless. He had declared war on three of the neighboring kingdoms, kidnaped countless villagers and two members of royalty leaving the kingdoms without an heir to the throne which lead to its destruction. At least that's what y/n had heard. She knew that in her region their use to be

 The Earth Kingdom and The Water Kingdom. but Thanks to the King Enji who went by Endeavor Those where now gone.There were now four kingdoms. The biggest one was Air, Fire was a close second. Then there was y/n's kingdom Light and then Dark.

This time she was being directly affected by the king of that dreadful palace. He made a deal with her parents. that if the light kingdom gave his son their 16-year-old daughter in an arranged marriage he would bring no harm to the light kingdom. After lots of thinking and lots of tears they agreed.
