Free Falling

"This is So. Much. Fun!" I screamed. I threw my hands in the air while bumping along in Santa's sleigh.

"Oh little lady," he shouted above the wind, "this is just the beginning!"

He emitted a hearty laugh and flicked the reigns to go faster. I looked back an saw Jack smirking and staring at me from the top of the sleigh. When he noticed me watching he turned red but grinned mischievously. I stood up and spread his arms screaming,

"I'm the king of the wo-" his words were cut off by the wind, which overcame his body mass, causing him to fly backwards off the sleigh.

I screamed and tried to yell at Santa to stop. However, he just chuckled and continued to steer. I became genuinely worried so I slowly peeked over the edge of the sleigh.

And there was Jack, comfortable resting on the ski of the sleigh, crook in hand.

"Jack!" I exclaimed, "you scared me!"

He gave a crooked smile and said sarcastically, "Aw, I knew you cared!"

He laughed as I rolled my eyes and pulled my legs over the edge. I slowly inched down and and he grabbed my waist to support. I comfortably sat with my legs on his lap, and we sat in a comfortable silence. I shifted one centimeter and before I knew it I was free falling. Air rushed pass me and I realized that this was the end. I thought about Anna, Arendelle, and Jack with this crazy adventure he brought me on. I smiled warily and looked up at the sleigh speeding away.

A pair of arms engulfed me in warmth. I no longer heard the wind wishing through my ears, but rather the heavy breathing of the stranger on my balcony.

In his arms I felt so many things. Gratitude, exhilaration, fear, but most of all,

Love.

I was beginning to love this strange boy who happened to appear on my balcony. It was a strange feeling, this only person I had ever really loved was Anna, so how could I know what love was? But somehow I knew, I knew his snow white hair and endless blue eyes were going to stick with me for a long time.

Jack sat down in the sleigh but still held on to me tightly. I took a deep breath and snuggled closer to him. I heard Santa chuckle softly and mutter,

"Ah young love."

The sleigh landed, well crashed, in Santa's workshop, and I still held Elsa tightly in my arms. I carried her in silence, and set her down on a couch in his office. I sat beside her and lifted her head so it could rest in my lap. I just loved this feeling of being so close to her, and even now she looked so beautiful with her eyes closed and-

Wait, I have a girlfriend.

Oh shit.

Hey so it's been awhile. As I said before, extremely erratic updates. However, I just love this story so much so I don't want to let it go (HOLY CRAP THAT WAS UNINTENTIONAL BUT OMFG). Anyways, I hope you liked so far, and I seem to be getting a fair amount of feedback. Thanks so much for sticking with me :]

Keep Calm & Read On,
