Avid Reader Book Club

Week 30

I know it's summer holidays in a lot of parts in the world. I understand that people are travelling, and don't have time for the book club. Please, if that's the case, let us know before any new assignments are posted. Nobody likes having their work abandoned.

For those of you who were abandoned last time around, I will post the optional assignment list shortly.

Please also read the announcements below the assignments. They won't apply to most of you, but it doesn't hurt to refresh all of your memories :)

Some announcements before you leave:

Please comment on this chapter when you are done with your assignments. THIS IS YOUR FINAL WARNING. Anyone who doesn't comment, won't be part of the next assignment round.

If you don't see your name in the assignment list, it means that you didn't complete your previous assignments. You are now given an extra two weeks to complete them. After that, you will be kicked out of the bookclub and you will have to apply again (+ complete any assignments that you abandoned). An exception is made for those who informed us about their situation/completed their assignments prior to leaving.

A kind reminder that comments should be genuine and thoughtful. They should be 3+ lines. It should go beyond "this is great". You can have in-line comments that are shorter, but there has to be at least one 3+ line review per chapter.

This round ends on the 20th of August. Please take into account that Wattpad is still extremely laggy. Don't procrastinate your assignments until the very last days, cause Wattpad is especially glitchy on Sundays and Mondays.
