Devon Jaiden Cameron was strong.
But nobody would expect her to have the home life she did. She knows this, and does her best to keep it all a secret. Not even her older brother knows what her father puts her through. He was always gone for sports, and now his new 'job' with Sam Uley. All Jared knows, is their mom left. She left and she has a new family and she sends checks in the mail as her way of support (not by choice, they're court ordered). Devon works her ass off to keep the house running, and their father is in and out of their life (mostly Devon's) due to his drug and alcohol issues.
Devon is always the one taking care of everyone and everything. She doesn't take care of herself, and that's not healthy. So unhealthy, Paul Lahote decides to do something about it.
