Because of what she went through before the events of Death's Row, Artemis changed drastically. After the death of her former friends (in StYoaD), she started to calm down and have less social issues with people. Though she started to become less insane, she was still driven by revenge to kill her brother with the help of his own eye. Now, Artemis is more trusting with others and accepting to the point she'll allow her allies to aid her when needed, as she uses those to her advantage.
Although, she still wouldn't let anyone intervene when the moment where it's only her and her brother comes around.
