"Ari you're glowing what were you doing last night? Wink, wink" I smiled shaking my head.
"Not funny"
"Did he slide up next to you saying sweet somethings in your ear" She giggled
"No,we only spoke and he drank his hot chocolate then left."
"Hot chocolate sounding like an already old couple" I made a face and she raised her hands surrendering.
"Apparently there's a party going on saturday and I've been invited."
"Who's party and by who"
"My cousin knows the person so we can go apparently it is going to be good" I nodded eating my pain au chocolat.
"So you wanna come?"She asked sipping on her Krushum whilst looking up at me through her long lashes, I shrugged.
"I don't know, I mean wouldn't it be rude turning up at someone’s party not knowing the least bit about them?"She shrugged.
"It's an open party I’m sure the person knew, please come."I sighed.
"I don’t know but I’ll think about it" She clapped with glee.
" Lewis is going to be there seeing he's bait and all"
"If he's bait how come I never knew of him?"
"You're the chilled girls that's why, speaking of the devil" I turned to see what Talia was looking at to see Lewis walk over to us with his boys.
"You alright Talia?" He nodded at her she smiled.
"I'm good"
"Yo b what you saying?"One of his friends spoke up, she ignored him continuing to consume her milkshake.
"Didn't you hear I said wha-"
"I heard you loud and clear just didn't know what year we are in. considering you're talking in 2011"All the boys snickered behind him.
"You light skin girls are too full of yourselves “He shouldn't have said that he'd just cause an unexploded bomb to erupt.
"Excuse me, have you ever checked in the mirror to see why a FEMALE decides to ignore you don't add race into the equation "light skin girls "you know as if I’m some next species some spec" All his boys including Lewis roared on laughter awaking attention to our table. The boy mumbled cursing under his breath. I shook my head at Talia who had a smirk plastered on her face.
"There's a house party on Saturday, you on it?"I turned my attention back to Lewis who was smiling at me making his chinky eyes even smaller.
"I heard about it Talia convinced me to go but now thinking about it I don't want to."
"Why?"They both asked simultaneously, I shrugged.
"I just remembered my mum wants me to come over on the weekend." Talia made a face but sighed nonetheless.
"Alright cool, I hope you change your mind."I smiled at him as he nodded farewell to Talia and I before walking off.
"Gosh he's so humble" She sighed.
"Aww, do I see a little crush going on?"I cooed which receive me a frown.
"No that's your man I'm fine with Drake"

"You weren't there you didn't see the sparkle in his eye when he saw me he done a double glance at me" I laughed as she placed her hand on her chest sighing.
 "I'm going to be the mother of his children you watch"
"What if he settles down?"
"Stop being a kill joy he'll settle for me of course" I laughed as she continued to fantasize about her life with a Pickett fence and a dog.
"I'm full do you want the rest of my Krushum?" I nervously shook my head. I've learnt my lesson from previous experience don't take drinks from strangers. Talia already knew why but she continued to ask me.
"Fine I’ll overfill myself" She shrugged sipping on the remaining contents in her cup.

"Dang Ari, why do you have so much old bangers?"Talia asked looking through my disc collection dusting up on the shelf.
"They aren't even mine it's my mum’s I just burrowed them for the month"
"This CD just has to be played."She placed the cd into the cd player and Keith Sweat twisted came on.
"Shoutout to all the girls who are staying faithful to their pimps" Talia shouted over the music whilst swaying her hands from side to side to in the air, I laughed at her and sang along to the chorus with her until my phone started to ring.
"Turn the volume down please" Talia immediately turned it down
"Hello pretty lady" I replied in a German accent
"Err you are not cool" I laughed as she kissed her teeth.
"What are you up to?"
"Oh just chilling with my friend Talia"
"The girl you told me about put me on speaker" I out it on and Zorea screamed.

"Your friend you were talking about earlier?"I nodded.
"What about me was included in your conversation?
She asked
"Nothing!"I interjected before Talia told her.
"Ari are you still on for Saturday for the movie night in because I have no motive" Talia looked up at me frowning.
"Y-yeah."I chuckled scratching the back of my neck.
"Ari you said you were going to your mums."
"Her mums? Her mum is in France for the weekend, why?" Zorea responded.
"ARI YOU LIAR" Talia pointed to me.
"She said she cannot go to a house party because she's going to her mums" Talia shouted into the phone.
"Ari,why didn't you tell me there's a party? We are so going" I groaned.
"This is why I didn't want to tell you"
"Well tough, Lewis just direct messaged me saying if you do end up going he's willing to drop us off" Talia responded looking up from her phone
"It's settled then Saturday is house party!"Zorea screeched.
"Don't I have a say, I said I don't want to go."
"Ari, you're always hiding for once show yourself I promise you you'll have fun "I sighed giving up.
"Fine, but if I feel out of place I'm leaving" They both said yes, I sighed.
