I stopped talking to people
And never heard from them again
I stopped caring because they did.
I stopped listening because they did.
I stopped loving because they did.
And then the blame, well, it's on me.
But,
Don't you blame yourself
You didn't do it, they did.
People often
Think that
They can treat you
Any way they wish
And get away with it,
Don't let them get away with it.
Stand up for yourself
Love yourself.
You do not need
Anyone but yourself.
