The team had a day off and decided to go to the carnival as it was in town. The group consisted of Tony, Steve, Natasha, Wanda, Vision, Bucky, Sam, Pietro, Rhodey and Clint. They all stood near the entrance, looking over all the rides and stalls.

"Ok, here's the rules." Steve stated, earning a groan from the group,"we meet back here, no using your powers to help you with games unless you can't help it-"

"That's so unfair! You have your super solider serum!" Argued Pietro. Bucky smirked at him and Pietro huffed in annoyance.

"No trying to push people off the Farris wheel" Steve carried on, glaring at Bucky and Sam, earning mumbles off "that was one time!" And "he started it."

"If you won't make it back in time, remember to text the group chat before we panic. Ok go!" He finished and everyone immediately rushed off to fit in as many things as they could.

Clint strolled around alone after loosing Wanda and Pietro to ring toss game. He caught glances of his other friends as he passed and heard Sam and Bucky's yells as he went near a ride. Eventually he saw Tony and Natasha and was going to join them until something caught his eye. An archery game.

Walking up to it, Clint saw a beautiful girl wearing a plaid shirt, thrown over a black t-shirt, picking up the bow and arrow. She aimed and shot the target, hitting the bullseye on the first try. The girl looked shocked as she stared at the target with wide eyes before letting out a small squeal and picking up another arrow. She drew back the arrow, only to have it fall out of place. Trying again and again to position the arrow right, she began to get frustrated.

Clint strolled over, locking eyes with her and smiling sweetly.

"Need some help?" He asked confidently. She smiled and gladly accepted.

"Please," she giggled, the sound music to Clint's ears as he positioned his body behind hers and wrapping his arms around her to meet her hands. He guided them up to position the arrow correctly and drew it back before letting go, not once taking his eyes off the girl to look at the target. She blushed and smiled as the arrow hit the centre of the target once again.

"That a girl! Perfect." He smirked, "I'm Clint, by the way."

"(Y/n)," she said, gaining confidence. Clint glanced around, noticing that (y/n) had no one with her but not noticing Tony and Nat watching the conversation.

"Not here with anyone?"

"I was here with my friends who are a couple but I lost them to a boring ride" she said rolling her eyes. Clint laughed.

"Wanna walk with me?" He asked, raising an eyebrow.

"I would love too but I still have another shot at this target." She smirked. Clint took position behind the girl again, locking eyes with her as he put her hands in the right place and let go, once again hitting centre. (Y/n) eyes widened when she realised that he didn't even look. He took the giant bear from the man at the booth who stood there surprised that people beat his game and giving it to the girl. Clint offered out his arm.

"Shall we?"

"We shall" she answered, giggling before looping her arm through his and walking off with the bear and the archer.

Clint later on took out his phone to see a photo of him talking to you sent to the group chat by Tony, the caption reading care to explain Barton?

The response Tony got was I won't be at the meeting point in time ;)
