(Revan's AN): So some might be like, "Revan what was that Star Wars story you posted in the DxD archive?" and you know what I got to say to that? Don't worry about it, okay? Summary: Issei Hyoudou, wielder of Holy Sword Joyeuse, and the Longinus Regulus Nemea is one of the most elite exorcists the church has at its disposal. However, he could sometimes be a little overzealous. With peace on the horizon, the church sends Issei Hyoudou to Kuoh in hopes of him learning how to live in peace with devils.

"Hmm, this is very interesting," Spoke the blonde haired male as he continued to examine the black orb made up of pure darkness. "and you say you pulled all of this out of Issei Hyoudou?"

"Yes." Gabriel answered her brother with a nod. Upon her return to Heaven, she immediately looked for her brother Raphael. The Seraph is Heaven's chief medical officer and considered to be the 'smartest angel' in heaven.

"Do you know how long this has been inside of him?" He asked as he looked at her.

"I have no idea." Gabriel admitted with a frown. "The last time he went to the Church with a prayer like that was when he was conflicted. Since then his prayers were only minor ones."

"I see," Raphael replied as his attention shifted back to the black orb. He had seen this type of magic a long time ago and was on Earth when the last Dark magic user was defeated and killed, so how did it come back? All traces of it were either destroyed or sealed away in Vatican City.

"I don't know if I got all of it out of him," Gabriel confessed causing him to look back at her with surprise. "I believe I did, but I wasn't sure, so I placed a ward on his cross. As long as he wears his cross or keeps it on him it shouldn't spread and give him nightmares."

"Well, that was smart of you to do." Raphael said as his gaze softened. "I'm just more impressed that Issei was able to survive its corruption. The person who was attacking Issei was trying their hardest to corrupt him, but what were they trying to force him to do?"

"That I don't know either." Gabriel said as she felt tears start to form. "All I know... All I know was that Issei was in pain."

Raphael quickly embraced his sister. He had seen what Dark magic does to people, and knew that removing it from people wasn't easy at all, in fact, it was the opposite.
