I'll be honest when I say,
I'm not over you just yet.
But all this distance between us,
It's driving me crazy.
There will come a time,
Where you and I are no more,
And I feel it deep in my heart.
That our time is coming to an end.
It leaves me breathless,
To think of our past and forsaken future.
The darkness is foreshadowed ahead,
If you just read in between the lines.
You'll know what I mean.
I've come to a realisation,
That no matter what's to come.
I've got to let this all go,
As in the long run.
This was nothing more than two young fools
Who thought they were in love.
