IT WASN'T AN UNDERSTATEMENT TO SAY THAT BNHA HAD TAKEN OVER THE ANIME COMMUNITY ALTOGETHER. Kohei Hirokoshi's manga and it's anime adaptation, Boku no Hero Academia (more commonly referred to as BNHA) was extremely popular.

It was an origin story of a young hero named Midoriya Izuku and his many for friends. Although the concept to someone's origin wasn't new in the anime world and neither were heroes, there was something very refreshing about this series.

That was half of the reason for its astronomical popularity and truthfully speaking, the hype was real.

Many creators jumped at the chance of benefitting from this new series and although they received some degree of success, nothing would come close to the one video game brand that scored big time.

A small company, Fantasy Studio, released an otome and an RPG style game named Love: Hero Style based on the popular craze. It was an overnight success and a huge hit. It was also a game that made their company a household name.

(Y/N) wasn't one for games, mainly because she could never get attached and she found the routine thing redundant and mundane. However, she was interested in this game. She wanted to buy it, not only because it was based on her favorite anime but also because it was an RPG and an otome mixed together, an idea that was completely original.

Because of the hype around the game, she was excited but it also meant that the game wasn't going to be cheap. If she had gotten it the day — heck, even the week — it dropped, she might have had a chance.

But right now, it sold for a whopping $265.99 and it was much more than what her broke ass could afford.

She wasn't even sure if it was legal for someone to charge so much for one single video game but she didn't question it. And seeing from the looks of it, the populous didn't either.

Some people left negative reviews solely because of the price but those would always get overshadowed by the positive ones.

It didn't matter because she had made a deal with someone on a strange website and they were selling the game for cheap. She got her hands on it before anyone could and the owner had scheduled to drop it off at her house today.

It wasn't dirt cheap; she still had to pay $25, but seeing the difference between the original price and this one made her extremely grateful.

The bell rang and she ran to the front door, looking through the peephole. There was a woman that looked about twenty who was holding a package with a big friendly smile on her face. (Y/N) opened the door and was greeted by a small hello. The woman's voice was surprisingly soft.
