An unexpected trip

Chapter 3

Danny's Pov

We've started to walk along Johnny's bike trail, its pretty long so it'll take about a day to get to Dora's Castle and as a plus we need to avoid Walker. Great.

"we're just going to leave the speeder behind?" Jack said with sadness

"Yes Jack, we are. We have everything we need from it already. We can't possibly drag it with us. And it's like five miles behind us." Tucker stated

"My feet are hurting" Paulina said in a whiney voice

"mine too"

"can we stop for a minute?"

And other things along those lines were said.

Danny sighed looking to the sky "Ok, only for 10 minutes though, we really need to get to phantom's keep today" Danny quietly added on "or Dad won't be very happy"

yes, he refers to clockwork as his dad. He's never really seen Maddie and Jack as his mom and dad, they were always in their lab doing stuff instead of looking after him and Jazz. Jazz was more of a mom than their actual mom.

(so I just realised I've gone back to being in 3rd person. I'll just leave it like that)

Maddie hated being bossed around by her son, especially when it's her own specialty to know about the ghost zone not his. Anyway, the places he said were going, are they ghosts lairs?? She'll have to stay quiet for now but when they get there she is definitely going to kill all the ecto scum that live there.

Everyone were sat in their respective groups as per usual. The trio and Sam were talking when Valarie walks over to them "Are we going to go into the ghosts lairs??" she asks a bit confused

"yes we are, Dora will take us to phantom's keep" Danny replies

"how do you know your way around here?" Val asks

"yeah, how do you Fenton?" Star adds on

Everyone turns to the trio and jazz waiting for an answer.

"You wouldn't believe me if I told you" Danny said with a deadpanned expression

"tell us Fentonia!" Dash shouts

"I would actually like to know myself" Lancer adds on

"Answer it Son!" Maddie says with an annoyed face

"we've been here before! Happy now?" Danny said

"how have you been here before? Stop lying Danny boy" Jack said

Danny started growling "You already have your proof!! You'd all be dead by now if it wasn't for me ,Sam ,tuck and Jazz!!" he shouted bearing his fangs

Everyone took a step back staring at Danny with scared expressions. Who knew the school wimp could be so aggressive and scary?

"Are- Are those fangs?" Valarie asks backing away to everyone else

Danny closed his mouth and walked past everyone continuing the journey.

The trio and jazz follow him "I think we should carry on now" Jazz said to everyone else

They all followed shortly behind. Maddie grabbed Jack and pulled him to the back. "Danny has been acting awfully strange since we got here Jack. He's been more in control and aggressive...he's not even listing to us anymore." Jack nodded in agreement.

"I agree, I've seen it too Maddie" Valarie said appearing out of nowhere."And did you see those fangs when he was angry? I don't think that's Danny."
