Here we are: you and I,Two dancers and explorers,
Two who have fallen in love on these waters,
We flow so slow,
Over a hue of pink so hot and heavy,
Look at our reflection in the deep color,
Two smiles and one heart,
Covered comfortably by a warmest air,
Seeing those sights, hearing those sounds,
Searching for lovers upon the shore,
Just like us--wishing to see more,
Until that moment once they are sure:
I love you.
Here we are: you and I,
Two winds that influence the waves,
Two oceans drifting on a river,
Forward to our eternal destiny:
A cluster of stars shining together,
Painting these waters with what we share:
Our laughs, our lies, our cries,
All things we plant there--seeds rooted in each other.
Bloom, my love, bloom.
You are God, I the fearing believer, the boasting preacher,
The one who breathes through your heart,
That has made me whole from our start,
I love you.
Here we are: you and I,
Curving at the bend of our ancient river,
Awed by the beauty of our Mother Earth,
All the while feeling as one surrounded by a billion moving parts,
Here is a place that knows no fear and yet breeds courage,
Where the rays of Sun come to rest upon lovers,
And color them forever those bright colors of emotions,
Find us here, we curious beings,
That have swam into a beautiful unknown,
Sure of no thing but one thing,
A single fact that illuminates our scene
A testament to the rivers that run pink:
I love you.
I love you.
