Never Again (II)

SATURDAY – It's another "Titas of MNL day" for Leni and the whole barkada. Every Saturday, they go out to eat, shop and most especially for chismisan. It's their day off from stressful work.

"Uy balita ko uuwi si Bongets." Risa opened up.

"Ngayon yata dating nya. Until December na yata sya dito eh." Grace followed.

Leni frowned, "At saan nyo naman nasagap yang balita na yan?"

"Edi sa anak mo." Risa spilled.

"Excited na excited nga eh, alam mo naman yang si Patty, presidente ng fans club nyo ni Bong." Grace smirked.

"OMG!" Nancy suddenly squealed. They all looked at her, "Si Bongbong! He's finally here!" She announced and showed them her phone as she searched Tricia's ig account.

"Patingin!" Risa and Grace were also hyped about the news except Leni.

"5 minutes ago lang tong post ni Patty meaning kakarating lang talaga ni Bong." Grace said after seeing Trisha's picture with her Dad at the airport.

"Oo nga," Risa agreed, "In fairness, guwapo pa rin ng asawa mo Lens!" She teased.

"Ay true, mare!" Nancy gave Risa a high five. "I'm sure pagnakita mo ulit si Bongets, laglag panty ka naman, Maria Leonor!" She followed,teasing Leni even more. They all laughed except Leni.

Leni glared at them, "Di nakakatawa."

The girls laughed at her, "Palagi kana lang pikon kapag si Bong pinag-uusapan." Nancy joked.

"Oo nga," Grace agreed. "It's been 14 years, Lens."

"Halatang di ka parin nakakamove on." Risa followed.

"Nakamove on na kaya ako! Sus! Di naman sya kawalan." Leni rolled her eyes.

"Weh?! Eh first love mo si Bongets diba? Kaya nga hanggang ngayon bitter ka parin." Nancy disagreed.

"Di ako bitter, pwede ba!" Leni defended. "Hoy! Tsaka ikaw kaya ang patay na patay dun nung college tayo!"

"Oh my god! Oo nga! Super crush mo nga pala si Bongets nung college!" Risa reminisce.

"Oo, kaya lang dito naman kay Leni na-inlove! Kainis!" Nancy joked, they all laughed.

"Naku kung alam ko lang na lolokohin ako, eh di sana binigay ko na sa'yo una palang." Leni intended to joke but she was the only one who laughs.

"Grabe ka naman Lens." Grace uttered.

"Ay sorry, na-offend kaba?" Leni apologized after realizing that Grace and Bongbong are like siblings. He's always a kuya to her.

"No, it's okay." Grace answered. Silence occurred. They all sip their coffee.

Risa cleared her throat, "Anyway, nakwento nga pala ni Win na magbobonding daw silang mga boys once na dumating si Bongets,"

"O ano naman? Share mo lang?" Nancy asked.

Risa glared at her playfully, "Gaga! Tatanong ko lang kung sasama ba tayo?"

"Bakit tayo sasama? Bakit boys ba tayo? Sabi mo mga silang mga boys lang diba?" Nancy answered back.

"Baliw syempre nasa iisang circle of friends lang tayo. Besides it's been a while since nakumpleto tayo." Risa reasoned out.

Silence occurred again. Risa, Nancy and Grace wanted to join the boys in their bonding, they missed the barkada, ever since Leni and Bongbong separated, the whole barkada were not complete.
