Chapter 6: Day 4 in Argon (I love you pt.1)

Atem got up from his bed and the night before filled his head with all the memories and it put a smile on his face the girl of his dreams fully loves him. The plan he had made work perfectly the girl fell in love with him all over again but still didn't say those three words which tore his heart a little. The girl truly shows it though but today he doesn't feel so well.

He's not even going to do anything today the man is just going to rest and maybe the reason he's not well is because of yesterday. He did a lot and by the time he went to bed and it they had clocks it would say 4:00 A.M. in the morning. Atem went to bed really late and didn't get enough sleep yes he was extremely tired.

"Milord are you in there" Seto from the other side of the door.

"Yes Seto I am but tell the princess and my father I'm sorry I don't feel well" said Atem.

"Milord, do you need a sage" ask Seto?

"No I'm just tired and actually don't tell the princess please she doesn't need to worry about me" Atem pleaded.
"As you wish. Then get some rest I'll be back to check on you" said Seto.

"Right I'll be here" said Atem.

When he heard the footsteps leave from his door Atem then laid his head back down and closed his eyes and went to sleep. Meanwhile Dawn was getting up and went to breakfast to see a certain prince missing.

'Maybe he overslept like I did no need to worry he'll meet me by the stables today he promise' Dawn thought.

Everyone was talking and laughs could be heard all the nobles was having a goodtime even Kisara was allowed to join. This made Dawn really happy her best friend was with her but if her love was here then everything will be perfect. However what made Dawn the happiest is Kisara is now in a courtship with Seto and he announced it this morning. Those two were secretly meeting each other even when they still had jobs, Dawn knew the feeling.

Everything was done and there was so many dishes to clean and the princess being a clean freak started to help the maids with them but the maids of course didn't want her to do it but gave in other wise. Most important rule with the maids don't argue with the kind of clean freaks you'll never win so let them do it.

When Dawn finish it only took 5 minutes the girl is a fast one and if she was a regular person well she would make an excellent housewife. All the maids agreed her husband would be Atem why because those two make a good pair it was like they were made for each other. It's only now a matter of time so yes the maids can picture everything from wedding bells to children running around and laughing.

Then Dawn went to the stables because since Atem wasn't here the man promise yesterday that if he didn't go and wasn't there at breakfast then he'll definitely come to the stables to visit their friends in the town. By the time she got there no one was there so the girl waiting for at least 20 minutes waiting for him. When Atem didn't show the girl started to worry where is Atem?

Dawn went to grab Atem's horse because it was the only horse that she could trust. The horse Shadowfax only allows his master and no one else but with yesterday he wants Dawn or Atem to ride him this princess from Camelot was riding a stubborn horse. The girl went into town and went to visit her new friends and she was glad that she remember where they lived.

She knock on the door and it was open to reveal Yugi the sweetest boy on Earth. The boy was a spitting image of Atem it was like he was his son but Atem didn't look enough to have a son but still.

Even now when Dawn was in front of him again she felt a connection with Yugi it was so weird.

'Why do I feel this way when I'm with him' Dawn thought.

"Dawn what brings you here" said Yugi.

"I want to spend time with y'all again I had fun yesterday" said Dawn.

"I'm glad and you're more than welcome please come in" said Yugi.

"Thank-you" said Dawn.

Then when she went in the girl was met with two people arguing about who knows what and it was mostly stupid things to but she couldn't help but laugh. Dawn loved those two boys and you could defiantly tell they were friends just by the way they were acting.

Dawn clears her throat very loudly causing Joey and Tristan to see Dawn standing there, the queen from their time. The girl still look young and was still maturing but in the future it's like Dawn was a goddess, she was beautiful.

"Hi Dawn" said Joey.

"Hey Dawn" said Tristan.

"Hello guys" greeted Dawn.

Finally after some talking the boys especially Yugi realize that someone was missing and it was Yugi's father. Where in the world was he and why wasn't he with his mom those two in the future are inseparable. Those two couldn't live without the other and when Yugi came in the entire family got closer and they are so proud of what the man Yugi is becoming. The only question now is where the heck is Atem?

"Um Dawn can I ask a question" said Yugi.

"Sure Yugi" said Dawn.

"Where is Atem" ask Yugi?

"I don't know. He didn't come to breakfast so I thought he overslept but I was wrong when he didn't meet me in the stables. I'm really worried about him I'm beginning to ask questions of 'what if'" said Dawn.

Her eyes were filled with worried and then Yugi started to form a smile the girl his mom loves dad and this is when she realized it to so he saw the truth in front of his eyes. Yugi no longer didn't to be in the past he'd seen the truth but he won't leave until his mother leaves which is in a few more days.

Then Dawn closed her month and then gasp and puts her hand on her month and the other on her heart it was beating really fast. The girl tried to calm down but the questions never left so her heart beat never rested. Then an image of Atem was in front of her and his face held an amazing smile it was lovely. His hand was out to her and Dawn was going to grab it then he started to disappear but the smile never left. Before the image could truly disappear it said, "Come when you need I'm always waiting" then vanish.

The girl didn't realize that she was crying until her mind came back to reality. Her hand was still on her month so she felt it was wet.

'*I'm crying* Why' Dawn though.

'Well maybe it's because this is the first time you loved someone' herself said.

'Your right I love him' Dawn thought.

"Your right I love him. I love Atem now I know why I'm acting like this I love him" said Dawn.

"Have you said those 3 words to him" ask Joey?

"No but I'm ready now" said Dawn.

"Then go to him" said Tristan.

"I will but I want to know something first. How did you meet Atem you do know he's a prince" ask Dawn?

"We know about him but it's a funny story how we met him though" said Yugi.

"Tell me please" said Dawn.

"Ok. Well it started when we first came into town" said Yugi.

Flashback
Yugi, Joey, and Tristan step into the kingdom of Argon and in their time it no longer exist ever since the two kingdoms combine to be one big one. What was the other kingdom it was none other than the one his mother was from Camelot. The boys look at each other before they left they got permission from their parent's including Yugi's they were the first ones to say yes because his own mother used the time travel spell from Merlin to see how her parents met and how it all began.

When she was there the girl can't act like she was there daughter even though she look like her mother so much but just a little different like eye color and hair color that came from her father. So yeah history repeat itself with Yugi and how did Atem say yes you might ask well because he was there with her because they were already married by that time and the husband will go anywhere with his wife especially if you're the wife of Atem.

This is beside the point the walk into the town observing what it was like before it completely change. The kingdom had a castle like all others do with the town in the front which is the one there were in. All the boys were teenagers just like their parent's in this time but sometimes they couldn't help but sometime act like kids over some things.

After the boys did some exploring they found a vacant house that was not too far from the castle nor was it too close it was the perfect distance and hopefully while they were waiting Yugi's mother to arrive if they'll meet Atem before the girl ever does. Even though his mom and dad explain what happen to them during this time and so forth even when they even had him but Yugi was still curious so he went in the past.

It's been 3 days since they been there and nothing at least not yet but's what they thought with everyday but today was not that day for something was about to happen something that will most likely remain in the boys memories forever. Joey and Tristan how was the oldest in the group was out in the town because those two wanting to see what they had in the shops from not keeping the bored.

Yugi always being the sweetest in the group went to greet his neighbors that were there and what's funny he could the same question even in this time of 'Why do you look like Prince Atem.' Yes the man resembled his father in every way and always question himself did he get anything from his mother but he as the first child and not only that but the first son so yes Yugi got all of his father in him it was just plain to funny.

As Yugi finally walk back into his home in the past he was then met with screaming outside his door calling his name.

"YUGI GET OUT HERE QUICK" a familiar voice.

"YEAH WE HAVE SOMETHING TO SHOW YA" another familiar voice said.

He then when outside to be met with Tristan and Joey throwing something to him. It was you call in the modern day Frisbee but in this time it was called a disc. He caught it as soon it came to him and it put a smile on his face. Gods know how much he loved playing this game he never cared if it was a child game he loved playing it. Not only his parent's but his friend would play with him it was glorious.

He threw the thing to Joey and the game was on. The game was on for a good while until one throw that Yugi did went into the back of a person head and not just any person but the prince of the kingdom who could clearly tell was him just by the outfit alone and the hair.

"Ow that hurt who threw this" he said.

"I...I...I d...d...did my p...prince" said Yugi.

"Oh well here you go be careful next time alright" he said.

"I will and thank-you" said Yugi.

"No problem and by the way can I play with you" he said.

"S...Sure" said Yugi. End.

"And that's how we became great friend after that *not really anything about the future*" said Yugi.

"That's so cool and that mean you already know that I'm...." said Dawn but was cut off.

"A princess then yes we do" said Yugi.

"Well that's good because I don't have to explain everything" said Dawn.

"I hope you had a good time here but you must be going or else he'll never know" said Joey finally saying something.

"Your right and thank-you. Again I had another great time so thank-you" said Dawn.

Then she went toward each boy gave them a kiss on the cheek which made each of them blush but hey why wouldn't they they're guys after all.

"Goodbye and hope to see y'all soon~" Dawn said sweetly.

As the girl was about to leave and go through the door it was met by knocking.

'Well who can that be' Yugi wonder.

Dawn answer the door to be met with Seto.

"Princess, what are you doing here" Seto ask?

"Well I...I" Dawn stuttered.

"Never mind the explaining I have some bad news" said Seto.

"And what would that be" Dawn question?

"Atem is sick" said Seto.

*gasp*
