I took a deep breath and took my phone off of my pocket. I rang Nick and prayed he would answer.. I tried to keep myself calm but my head was spinning non stop..

- Hello?

- Nick please get out of where you are!! Hide yourself!! Now!

- Why?

- He has got a gun! He will kill you! Please be safe - I cried to the phone

Nick POV.

- Demi I'm next to your bedroom window..

I heard footsteps and a window opening - I'm locked Nick!

- What's happening?!

- Take me out of here! please!

I looked around and measured the hight - Jump! I'll catch you

- Are you insane?!

- Trust me

She sat on the window and I got on top of a rock.. I saw her count to 3 and jump to my arms. I firmly catched her and we went together behind every single house 'til we reached Selena's

We went through her backyard and knocked frantically on the door

- What?! Demi? Nick?

- Selena please let us in! - I said breathlessly

- We need your attic!

She nodded her head and Demi pulled me towards Selena's house. She pulled down the secret stairs to the attic and we got up.. all of us

- What's going on guys?

Demi started crying in my arms - He killed my family... he killed them!

Selena got closer to us and rubbed her back - Who?

She sobbed a few more times - W-Wilmer..

- Why?!

- I don't know!! he said that he had a contract with my father and now I belonged to him!

- We have to call the police! - I said tucking her hair behind her ear

- He wants to kill you! He--

- He won't kill me! We're safe!

She nodded and Selena pulled a bed from the wall - I'm going to tell others. You can stay here but don't make a sound and don't turn the lights on or look through the window!

We both nodded and Selena got downstairs.

- Demi are you okay? Did he hurt you? - I asked grabbing her face

- No.. I'm fine.. I'm in shock..

- I know babe - I said kissing her and hugging her - Everything will be alright.. I promise!

She nodded her head and kissed me again - I hope so!

Ariana POV.

Someone rang on the door and I went to open the door

- Hi!

- Hi Ariana! Is Nick here?

- No.. why?

- I need to talk to him.. Can I come in?

I smiled and let him inside.. he sat on the couch and I went to get coffee

The phone rang and I went to answer it

- Hello?

- Ari.. Wilmer killed Demi's family!! Please don't let him in! He has a gun!

I tensed up and felt something touch my back - Who is on the phone?

I let a single tear - Please don't kill me..

- Who's on the phone sweetie?

I gave up and said her name.. unfortunately.. he pulled the trigger and all went black..

Selena POV.

I called the police right after calling Ariana and they said they were coming as fast as they could.

I heard someone knocking the door down so I started to panic..

He pointed the gun at me and got closer slowly - Where is he?

I looked down and cried - I will never tell you!

He got even closer to me and the gun touched my forehead... My life passed in front of my eyes as I closed them.. I sobbed and someone jumped on top of him

Nick POV.

I rolled with Wilmer and punched him.. fortunately he had dropped the gun and it was now near the couch

He punched me in the face and I felt blood coming out of my nose

- I'll fucking kill you!

Demi came closer and tried to pull him up from me since he was on top

He hit her with his elbow and that was when I lost my mind

I rolled on top of him and started to punch him while talking.

- You. Don't. Fucking. Touch her!

I punched him a few more times and he passed out and just when I stood up, the police came in

- Hands up!

I threw my hands in the air - I'm innocent

One of the cops looked at Demi who was running to me and to Selena. She nodded and the police officer handcuffed Wilmer

Demi hugged me and I hugged back. It was over..

Selena started sobbing and Demi hugged her

- Thank you!

Poor Selena had a gun pointed to her head.. I can't imagine how terrifying it must be

We all got to the police station and waited for news.. the first ones we got were from Sterling..
