"Congrats," she said as she rubbed the ultrasound on my belly "what's the gender?" Liam said with Samuel nodding with him

 "it's a boy..." she said before Liam cut her off "ahhh, I'm getting and grandson," he said jumping up and down "...And a girl" she said as she wipes the gel off my stomach I then put my shirt down and sit up slowly 

"I'm going to print these out for your so how many do you want?" she asked "um... maybe 5 I guess, oh and you take one to my mom," I said looking at Liam and Samuel.

"ok I'll get that printed out and you can be on your way," she said walking out of the room " whom do you have to meet up with?" Samuel said "if you trying to make us work you can't be jealous and overprotective all the time even though it's kinda cute, but I'm meeting up with a friend but I'm pretty sure it's a set up so yeah, "I said standing up.

 "wait, if you know it's setup then why go?" Liam asked "I want to still see him even if he brings my brother, best friend, and mother," I said walking over to the door were Liam and Samuel were sitting "why did your mother lock you up?" Samuel asked standing and walking closer to me.

"for two reasons. 1, I didn't tell her that I was pregnant and I didn't even know till we went to the hospital and 2, I didn't get pregnant by Jacob" I said as my aunt came backhanding me print out of the ultrasound

 "that's not what she told me" she chimed in "what did she tell you?" I asked "I don't really know what you guys were talking about but she told me you ran away to be with the baby daddy," she said and I burst out laughing "I would never chase after him it's the other way around," I said still laughing she looked at me bewilderedly and I had stopped laughing and calmed myself down. 

"aunt you out of all people shouldn't have believed that women, she even lied about my older brother death, and what happened to her company and also why she's going bankrupt I loved that women but she needs to get it together," I said with a straight face, "she said he died during a car crash and she's not going bankrupt," she said trying to reassure me

 "it's okay my mother always been a liar to her family and if you really want to know what happens to your son call me you have my number," I said walking out of the doctor's office

(a few hours later)

"James hey, sorry I'm late," I said walking up to James at a cafe shop "hey Ari, it's ok I just got here anyways," he said as he took a sip of his tea "it doesn't look like it," I said sitting across from him.

"We only have known each other for almost a year and it feels like I know you all my life how is that so?" he asked. "I honestly don't know I guess you can say I have that effect on people" after I said that the waiters came over and asked what I wanted to drink

"I would like a mocha frappuccino with almond milk and can I get a caramel drizzle at the bottom and top it with whip cream and a caramel drizzle on top of that too please," I said not looking up at the waiter till I heard a familiar voice "hmm, I never knew that Ari could be so extra like a white girl at Starbucks," he said

"just get my drink or you won't get your tip," I said smiling at him and he walked away "you know so many people," James said "I know the fakest people," I said correcting him 

"why did you really call me out here?" I asked him "well it's because of your mom," he said taking another sip of his tea "I knew it," I said under my breath "what was that," he said "oh....um nothing," I said and the waiter came back with my drink

 "here is your drink your total is four fifty," he said giving me a smug look "here," I said giving him my credit card "you don't have cash on you," he said in a rude way "no I don't and you not getting a tip so you can leave now," I said dismissing him and he walked off

 "Well then, that was kinda rude," James said "we go way back and we always talk to each other like this and he's going to get his tip anyway," I said drinking my frappuccino "okay back to your mother she going bankrupt and..." James said before I cut him off

 "she needs my help and she can't get into my safe which she can't find?" I asked, "how did you know all of that?" James asked "when it comes to me and my mother our businesses is our lives but the differences between me and my mother are that she would do anything for her company while I always have backups," I said and the waiter came back with my credit card and receipt

 "how much did you tip yourself, Damon," I said looking up at him "you know me so well, you should know how much I took out," he said with a cocky smile "if you took out more than ten I'm going to beat your ass," I said in a serious face "chill, I only took out three," he said "you better not be lying," I said in a dead-serious tone "I'm not," he said in defiance "ok just know if your lying..." I said giving him a look that he was scared of. 

I looked at my watch and saw it was time to go "hey James sorry but our time is getting cut short but tell my mother that her deepest secret and in her worst nightmare she'll find my hidden stash" I said getting up and grabbing my frappuccino "oh and here" I said giving him one of the ultrasound pictures and I walked off to Liam car to which he let me borrow.

(later that night)

"Come on you can't be mad at me?" Samuel said walking after me "why can't I" I said abruptly turn around "come on you know I didn't mean it" he said grabbing both of my hands I looked away so I won't meet his eyes 

"Come on Ari don't be like that," he said trying to look at me in the face " I can't... I can't be away from you not right now"I said storming away to my room I walked back out "was I being too much because he isn't really my character" I said walking back to Samuel "I don't think I can top this and it's for me" he said looking doomed

 "come here," I said walking over to Samuel grabbing his hand "you got this all you have to do is believe you can or you won't get anywhere in the acting industry," I said grabbing his face

 "thank you," Samuel said kissing my hand " I want to take you up on that offer but..." I said before Samuel smashed his lips onto mines, I pulled away and said " you have to make to the third round so I know you are determined" he kissed me into a deeper one

"I understand I'll do it, wish me luck," he said leaving "they keep me posted and don't cheat"I yelled before he closed the door behind him "I'm scared for him," I said to myself. Before I was heading to my bedroom I heard a knock at the door and I looked through the peephole I didn't see anyone but when I opened the door I thought my life was over
