Why? Why? Why?
Why did you leave me?
You said we'd be together forever.
You promised.
You told me that'd you come to me.
You'd finish the war in one piece
You are a liar.
You left me alone,
You left me as a mess,
I wish we'd never met.
I mean I'd never learn what love meant
Why did those have to be your last words?
"I love you."
I still have the pendent,
the one you gave to me
with the color of your eyes.
You smiled when I mentioned the comparison.
I have never seen you with that smile.
Some time later,
I lost my arms for you
I was your faithful "dog"
that's what they called me
I did not mind a single bit
You said that you loved me
someone like me.
I miss you.
I need you to tell me,
what those words mean.
I felt something in my chest.
I went from a dog to a doll
with auto-mechanic arms.
I lost them at war.
I was taken by your subordinate,
to live a different life,
I waited so faithfully.
Where are you?
Now I live my life writing,
love letters for others.
All of this is in hope
may I find meaning behind
your last three words
"I love you."
I was told that you were recuperating,
I hope that's going well.
But you've taken an awfully long time, lieutenant.
I am waiting ready at your command,
to be once again your faithful dog.
