***A note before I release the next chapter.***
I agreed to keep this club going with the idea that it would be helpful... What I'm finding is that people don't have time to read three chapters over a month period.
Let that sink in...
Three chapters over a month.
Two helpful comments and a three-sentence overall impression at the end. This is the bare minimum.
Now if you are making it on time then this chapter isn't for you. I'm not going to call anyone out, but what I am going to do is get stricter. I don't care if the club shrinks down to a handful of people if those are the only ones taking the time to dish out helpful comments and are truly, genuinely interested in writing a good story.
You don't have to be a perfect writer or even a great writer to be in this club. What you have to be is willing to learn and grow. Writing like everything else is something to be practiced, honed, just like any other craft.
If this is too hard, this probably isn't the club for you.
