The Day After The 'Date'

Evan's  POV

I couldn't sleep at all, barely even a minute...

It was like time had moved so fast as I stared at the ceiling wall

This isn't like me at all

Whats happening ?

Is it because I've gotten rejected over a petty someone?

After everything, it's only girls who get rejected, not me...

Is she trying to change me?

Is she?

I walked through the hallways dazed about what happened

Whoof!

"Hey! Watch where your going!" I shouted not knowing I said it to her

I stood up as she glared at me like she was shooting with a sniper in close range

"....." she said nothing but kept silent

Is she trying to ignore me?

She walked passed me but I wasn't going to let go what she did this time!

I grabbed her hand just like before and whispered

"This isn't over Zara Lauren"

She smirked as if I said it as a joke!

Is she trying to start something with me?

She turned around as she flicked her hair in my face

I was appalled with what she had done

Disrespecting me in front of everyone!

Who did she think she was!

Zara's POV

Did he think his little threatening speech was going to scare me

Well be wrong Evan Dayl because you and your brothers time here is going to be a lot like hell...

Just watch out for anything Dayls 

I walked to class consuming all the glares Evan had given me throughout the day

I guess he wasn't joking when he said 

"This isn't over Zara Lauren"

I almost laughed my head off when he said that!

Who did he think he was trying to scare

I hope it wasn't me!

I giggled my way inside class as I saw the other Dayl

What is it with me and the Dayls!

It's not like we have any connection in some sort of way!

What is it with me and this life!

I'm proud with what I have achieved but I haven't set a goal for love life

But I don't think that's what they were referring to in a way, but I think the only serious one here was Ezra.

I mean I don't blame the guy, it's not like he's done anything wrong but after I found out his connection with Evan was a Brother I absolutely didn't want to do anything with him!

I just don't know how I ended up knowing both of them!

I just want this connection with the Dayls to end!

*pat pat*

"Zara are you ok? It seems like you've spaced out!" 

This voice was familiar, too familiar

I turned around 

And of course! It was Ezra absolutely wonderful!

"It's the end of class you know... You've been spaced out for then entire class, the teacher didn't want to call you out since she knows the work you've been doing but... Don't make me worry like that ok?" His voice was soft, precious

I had almost blushed from what he's said! I was surprised I even had that emotion

But what's this feeling?

Is it because I said I didn't want any connection with the Dayls that this curse has been placed on me!

"I need to talk to you in private, it's important..." he said

What did he need to talk about!

I've had enough interactions with the Dayls it's getting pretty annoying

But he was pretty serious this time, I hope it's not troubling...
