I'm sorry for my insecurity
I'm living like I'm gonna lose you
I feel like I'm living a dream
Walking around with my eyes wide shut

My words are from insecurities
I understand if you have to go
I love you but you can do better than me
I love you but you can choose better than me

Shake me up
I'm ready for the wake up
I'm sure it's all just a dream
I'm never this lucky

You say you're here
That you are here to stay
My heart only beats for you
Just hang in there a little longer

My insecurities always get the better of me
I'm turning the light on
I know you couldnt see me in the dark
Here I am just holding my head above water

Let me speak to you
Hold my heart keep it at bay
Stop my hands from checking the phone
Turn the light on take me out of the dark

I'm wandering around in my own head
Emotions running high
Creating questions that don't need an answer
I'm nervous just thinking of you

I got these insecurities
They are my own internal insecurities
I'm low on self-love
Please forgive me for my insecurities
