Come Along My Dear

I was lost with my head hung low
I was traveling with no footprint in the sand
The dark surrounded me from head to toe

No one to love
No one to keep company
I was lost without a direction for my soul

Part the trees bury the roots deep
Surround my head with light and my heart with worth
One day you came and took my breath away

Come along my dear and travel this road with me
Pass the bumps and bask in the time we share
Show the world we are more than just two bodies
