"I just want to go home and sleep," Akari let out an exasperated sigh as she mumbles under her breath.

They've been walking for a good ten minutes and she was going tired of practically being dragged by Jaemin all the way. "Just where the hell are we even going?" she asked and it only made Jaemin quicken his pace.

"You know, I'm pretty sure I'll fall flat to the ground at any time now if you keep this up," she continued to babble but he didn't give her any response.

Glaring daggers and shooting invisible arrows onto his back, they suddenly came to a stop and just as Akari said, she couldn't balance herself and slowly fell to the ground.

But she was quick to grab hold of the railing of the sidewalk. The moment she managed to stand up properly, she stared at Jaemin, ready to kick his ass at any moment.

"We're here!" he announced with a very cheery tone, ignoring that he was so close to being beaten.

"The arcade...?" she questioned as she read the signage. "I'm already tired from club activities and there's homework... just why are you doing this to me Na Jaemin..." a sigh of disappointed left her lips.

"To release the stress you've accumulated. You're so stressed that you keep on being mean to me," he said pouting, trying his best to put on his act of sulking so she would feel a bit guilty.

"If you keep on using this tactic, I'll definitely drop you without hesitation," Akari gave in and began walking into the arcade. A wide smile bloomed on Jaemin's face and he followed right behind her.

"Tired? You and your lies," Jaemin said sarcastically. Handing her a can of coke, he sat next to her and proceeded to pop open his own can of coke.

"As much as I am tired, I will not let you deliberately use that to your advantage," Akari popped her can open and took a few sips. Turning to look at him, she stared him dead in the eye, "I am not buying you egg tarts."

"How about you buy it for me and I'll feed you some?" he suggested, nudging her slightly.

"I've already beaten you in basketball and that was the deciding game," she shook her head, not wanting to play anything else.

"Let's play two more games and make it best two of three," he stood up and grabbed her hand, pulling her to stand and continue playing.

"Only if I get to choose," she spoke softly, her eyes softening. Jaemin gladly agreed.

The two finished their coke and decided to go against each other on the racing game. Not much to their surprise, Akari won despite saying she wouldn't put in much effort.

"It wouldn't mean anything if we go for another game," Jaemin shrugged his shoulders. "I admit, I failed to win egg tarts from you," he continued before patting her on the head.

"Let's take some pictures and head home, I've made you stay longer than you expected," he gently suggested as he held her hand and lead her to the photo booth. Akari let out a timid smile, not wanting to show that she was actually enjoying the time with Jaemin.

"You're smiling, don't think I wouldn't know that you're really enjoying this," he turned back and grinned at her.

"Don't enjoy it so much, I can still kick your ass for this," Akari nonchalantly replied, trying to not prolong their childish squabbles.
