The funeral

Ok, this is so sad chapter for me...xD
-Ivey's POV-
I'm here. On the cemetery. Standing while the cold air's hitting my wet face.
In a black dress.
Around me are people also in black.
You can guess.
Yes, I'm on my dad's funeral.
I'm still crying since yesterday.
I can't belive he actually died.
That he actually did this.
That he left our world.
But he's in a better place now.
Resting.
Sleeping peacefully.
Even a 16 years old girl like me, doesn't understand people come and go.
But that's just how it is...

After some time, it's time for anyone to say something. Family members, or friends.
My mom stood up and went to my dad
She grabbed a microphone and started talking.
-My sunshine is now in a better place, I always loved you with all my heart. I am so sorry that you aren't there with me and our little, beautiful daughter anymore.-
What the fuck?
Little, beautiful?
Oh c'mon.
Anger filled up my body. SHE'S FAKING THIS.
She is saying this just to show people she is "innocent".
But when will she show them her real face?
Urgh, I hate her.

The funeral was almost over.
But I needed to say something.
I ran up to microphone and started to talk
-A long time ago people would say everything was fine with me. It wasn't. My dad was a bit....abusive to me.-A loud gasp filled the cemetery-But that was not a reason not to love him. It will be hard not to have you, dad Althrough you were drunk often, and you would hit me or yell at me when you're upset, there were a lot of happy memories of us together. I love you dad. And I always will.-
I said as I kissed his palm face one last time. His weak body was peacefully sleeping.
-Rest.-I whisper and one of my tears fell on his face.
"No, this isn't a fairytale. He won't wake up."
I thought

I slowly got back to my place.
Soon after the funeral was over.
Me and my mom went back home. We didn't say a word to each other.
I went to my room, and cried peacefully.
Tommorow is Saturday. At least something good.
With that I fell asleep
