-Third P.O.V -
David had arrived at a cabin in the woods. It was large and decorated nicely with the sent of pine in every breath.
David had been stressing over max but kept calm. He took the sleeping boy and the boys light bag into the cabin. Since david was often lonely he would invite others over , meaning he had a guest room.
David brought Max to the room laying him on the bed with his teddy bear. With fatigue David returned to his bed for comfort and sleep passing out as moon light danced outside.

~ Morning ~

Max woke up, a yawn coming from his curled up body as he was in a bed
"what the hell?" He whispered himself confused on where he was. He looked around taking in the window veiw and sents. He was somewhere in the forest for sure.
Max rubbed the sleep from his eyes getting up and off the bed. He made his way through the house confused. He heard a humming he wondered who it was. He peeked around the corner
"david?!?" Max said with questioning look.
David smiled at Max his chipper aduitude returning.
"Morning Max!" David greeted.
Max just looked at david confused.
"Did you just kidnap me or?.." Max said in his usual tone.
"No Max I didn't , Gwen and I decided it'd be best if you were to stay here till you Parents came " David stated.
"Oh..." Max knew his parents wouldn't come for him, but tried not to show his sadness.
Max grumbled before shrugging it off , the sent of pine was irritating as it was very strong within these parts of the woods.
David Knew something was up with Max but decided not to start anything with the young boy.

months
im sorry that i haven't updated this BUT this summer when the next season comes- I may continue! , or earlier , I needed to just post this so i can write a better next chapter over time , im truly sorry < im dead af , ill get this book done one day
