Sacrifice

Lauren's POV

After Hanging up I turned off the phone and hid it. I cleaned my tears and kissed Camila's head. If I was going through with this then I am making this day unforgettable. I want her to remember it as the best day of her life and not the day I left her.

I decided to wake her up so that we would have more time together. I started placing kisses on her face and she started waking up slowly.

"Hey sleepy head" I say giving her a smile and she smiles back at me

"is the movie over?" she asks and I look at the T.V. smiling

"yeah do you want to pick the next one?" I ask her

"No you can pick it" she says giving me a kiss on the cheek

I am so going to miss her. But it's for her safety. When I finally pick a movie I know she will love it because it is hilarious.

"Baby 'The Water Boy' Seriously?" she says giving me a huge smile

"yep, plus, Ma-ma-mama said, my mama said it's the devil" I say making her laugh with my bobby bushay impression, I'm so going to miss that laugh even more.

"I love you" she says between laughs and I kiss her

" I love you more baby" I say as I pull away from the kiss.

By the middle of the movie I heard the apartment door bell and I get up because I know it's the food.

"Are you seriously going to answer the door like that?" Camila asks sitting up on our bed

"Baby it's just Ricardo bringing up our food. I'll be right back" I say kissing her forehead

"Fine but hurry back the best part is coming up" she says giving me a quick kiss

I made my way to the door and when I opened it there was one of my dad's men with the food

"Thank you, you can go now" I say taking the food off his hands and turning around to close the door.

As I was closing it I'm stopped by the guys foot and I turn back around to look at him only to see the one person I did not want in front of me. 

"You can't go through with tonight" he says and I place the food down slowly then push him out of my door way and into a wall while choking him.

"Lauren please we need to talk" he says

"Talk about what you piece of shit" I growl with anger

"Please listen to me" he coughs out and I notice that his eyes are the lightest color I've ever seen

"Please you are killing me here" he says and I loosen my grip on him.

"Fine but hurry up and you won't change my mind" I tell him

"What I'm about to tell you might change it" he says and I tighten my grip a little

"Speak or I will kill you right now" I say

"Lauren you can't go tonight . He, he won't keep his end of the deal" he says

"And why should I trust you?" I ask not backing down

"Because I won't lie to you about this" he says

"Wrong answer try another" I say tightening my grip again

"Because he'd say anything to have you" he says

"Still not convincing enough strike two" I say

"Fine, because I'm your brother and believe it or not I've been an idiot who let Paul manipulate me into hating you for something that I knew would happen sooner or later. I was stupid for letting jealousy get the best of me and for letting Paul mess with my mixed emotions about the situation. I know you want to kill me for what I did and now for what Paul wants to do because I admit I am at fault for it too. But you are my sister and I care about you even if I haven't shown it. Paul has no idea that I am here telling you any of this and he might kill me for it, pero you need to know that if you go tonight he ordered me to come and take Camila to make her disappear forever" he says as I look at him and notice that he is completely drained. His eyes look like they have had no sleep he looks warn out and exhausted but most of all I can tell he is telling me the truth.
