    A friend of mine hosted a
party, and he happily invited
me.

    I obliged, even though I was
not much of a party-type of guy,
and my parent was strict about
me attending them.

    It took a while to convince my mother
if I could go to that party. When she finally
gave up, she sighed, but told me she'd pick
me up around at least ten.

    At ten I'd be asleep by then, but I
didn't want to disappoint my friend,
so that is why I decided to go.

    Two days before Sunday,
the date of the party, it was
Friday.

    I was walking around the halls,
because I had nothing else to do
but look around until the bell
rang.

    I heard a noise, and I was curious
to what was that that caused it.

    I walked to where the sound
radiated from, and there I saw
him, the boy I thought I
liked.

    But, in the hands
of a girl.

    It was not just some
random highschool girl
whom I didn't know, it
was a girl who I did not
have good relations
with.

    He was in the hands
of my ex-girlfriend.

    My heart began to shatter
silently, as I watched the two
of them talking and smiling
at each other.

    His face was pink,
he was blushing at
her.

    After she ran off, to go do
whatever she was originally
planning to do, the bell
rang.

    I saw him walk closer to my
destination, and in a hurry, I
panicked and quickly sprinted
my way out of the halls. Tears
were finding its way to escape
from my eyes.

    I didn't know what was
going to be worse,

    The thought of him
being in a relationship
with my ex-girlfriend,

Or the thought of him hating
me when he found out I may
have liked him.

    But I didn't know
why I felt like that,
I was straight after
all.
