To fix all that, we need internet access. On your browser open the ezgif.com website. And choose 'Video to Gif', the third option from left.

Select the video from your device documents. And press Upload Video. As can be seen in the background in image below.

Here, you see the file type is mp4 and the length is just 3 seconds.
First we will crop the video to get rid of the pink part. Choose the fourth option from left below the text 'Video to GIF converter' and above the video.
