the meeting with the guards has finished and they've left me alone with ong seongwoo in the office

I closed my eyes trying to focus and find out where ignis was

she is sleeping

" postpone the group's meeting " I addressed to ong seongwoo

he raised an eyebrow while staring at me, I've never postponed a meeting before, ong seongwoo understood that ignis has something to do with that, he turned around trying to stop a laugh as he was stepping toward the door

" I see you " I said slightly annoyed

" good luck daniel " he said between his laugh as he left the office and closed the door behind him " you became fragile " he continued

" I can hear you " I said coldly and I heard his giggle in the hallway

I shook my head and right after I moved to the palace in a second
naeun didn't flinch she got used to me showing out of nowhere

" don't worry she is asleep " naeun assured me

" I'm not worried " I replied furrowing my brow, she smiled in respond

" it's happening right? " naeun asked while staring at me with her sad eyes " we are going for a war "

" you're not forced to join you have the choice to not " I replied calmly

" No it's my duty. and he picked the wrong path "

I nodded and turned my heels to head to the bedroom but she stopped me again " don't let her do that again " she sighed " the way he was staring at her.. he has never stared at someone like that "

I clenched my fist " that won't happen again " I promised

I entered the room, it was dark inside, while stepping toward her I heard her mumbling " you're noisy "

she rolled her body and leant on her back and looked at me with her blue sleepy eyes which I liked more than the previous color but I'll never admit that " hi " she waved with a smile

I kneeled beside the bed looking at her eyes closely while stopping a smile was going to be formed in my face " how are you? "

she grinned " I never thought that question may have a big effect on my heart beats one day, you've never asked me this what's happening in the world "

I rolled my eyes and pushed her playfully to give me space to lay beside her

" how are you? " she asked me as I sat beside her

" good, sooo good " I answered

she sat up and looked at me suspiciously " there is something wrong with you "

she blinked few time then tilted her head and smiled " what's wrong with you today? you are showing much of your emotions "

" I feel insulted " I said calmly as I unbuttoned my shirt and threw it at the ground then looked at her again, she was staring at me blankly "what? "

she turned her gaze to the wall in front of the bed and I saw her biting her lips

" nothing " she murmured then looked at me again " I just like your body " she said trying to not look at my abs
