Dreams of mine, please come true.
I want to be just like you.
Eat anything I want and never change.
Instead I feel like I'm in a cage.
This body of mine isn't what I want.
Finally wear that cute skirt I bought.
The numbers on the scale haunt my mind.
I only wish they would be kind.
All this yummy food I want to eat.
Is it really worth it to cheat?
I run everyday as though it was a fear.
Because all I want to feel is the cheer!
The cheer of being okay in my own skin.
Now all I need to do is begin.
