Chapter 6: Visit

"Chika? What are you doing here? Get up! We'll be late for school!"

I pinched her cheek to wake her up as I try to let go of my arm attached to her gripped all over to her hands.

"C'mon, give me five more minutes..." she murmured as she tried to go back to sleep

"What do you mean five more minutes? Wake up!"

"Fine..." she finally stood up and went back to her room to change clothes

*10 minutes later*

Chika slept like a log and we missed the first bus. Now we have to walk straight to the school up the hill.

"Hey Chika, about that club you're planning to make..."

"The school idol club? Don't tell me you have someone who wants to join our club?" Chika asked

"No its not like that. I just thought you might need help at getting new members so I guess I'll help you out"

"That sounds great! Does that mean you'll join us in the club?" she asked, grinning with joy

"Umm... Yeah, kinda like that"

"This is so cool! We now have three members! I gotta tell You-chan about this when we see her" Chika can't stop her overwhelmed joy from her face.

Few minutes later we finally made it to school just in time. You-san is in the classroom already waiting for us.

"You-chan good morning!" Chika waved as she walk straight to her

"Chika-chan, Akira-kun, good morning!" You-san greeted back

"Akira-kun is joining us in the club! Isn't that great?" Chika smuggingly announced to her

"Really? I'm looking forward to it!" You-san replied

"I'm also looking forward for it too. I'll do my best" 

"But does that mean you'll join us in dancing and singing in the stage as well?" she asked

"Of course not. I'm just here to help you guys out to get new members."

"I see. Then we'll do our best to scout more members then!" You-san replied with a salute

"So now where do we start?"

"Listen to this, I heard the other transfer student is a pianist and she can compose songs. This will be our great opportunity to scout her!" Chika whispered

"Well she did compete in numerous piano competition and gained recognition for our school before. That could work but I dont know how to approach her properly about this idol stuff"

"Wait. You already know about it?" Chika asked

"I do. In fact she's my classmate last year at Otonokizaka. But things happened and I moved here but never realize she will move here as well"

"But its really cool that Riko-chan have that kind of talent. Should we talk to her? Not with Chika-chan though. She already bothered her a lot since yesterday" You-san suggested

"Ehh? Why not?" Chika complained

"You did bothered her a lot yesterday you know? I think she's already pissed at you" You-san replied

"Makes sense why she complained a lot yesterday when we walked home together"

"Then what do we do?" Chika asked

"Akira-kun, can you convince her?" You-san asked

"I'm not sure. She's not even in to idol stuffs but I'll try"
