Chapter Five

I didn't open my eyes, but I knew someone was in the same room as me. I could feel their presence. Plus they are a heavy breather. I awoke from a dreamless sleep about five minutes ago, but I knew I wasn't anywhere that I am familiar with. This room has a musty smell, not like my bedroom smell. I have a candle that smells like peaches, it is honestly the best. Plus my room has a lively color to it, I whatsoever wound never choose gray for my room color. Never in a million years.

I open one eye open to take a little peak. A guard dressed in all black stood at the entrance of the room. Well more like a cell, only because there are bars blocking me from this said guard. I sat up quickly, gaining the attention from the guard.

He smiles at me, "Morning princess. Boss is almost here to see what is going on with his prized possession."

"Where am I, what is going on?" I ask as I sit up.

The guard just looks at me with a smile. My eyes trail down to his finger, watching his finger slowly move to the trigger. "You better get comfortable princess, it's going to be a while. Also don't do anything smart, you can't go far."

I rip the dirty blanket off of my body, revealing a metal cuff on my ankle. The chain connected to the cuff is connected to a bar on the wall to my left. Even though there was probably no use, I still attempt to rip the chain out of the wall.

"Why am I here?" I shout.

Turning to look at the guard, I come to look at the back of his head. He wasn't looking at me anymore, like he wasn't interested. Screw him then.

(A few hours later)

This boss the guard told me about was now standing in front of me. The cell door was open, but I know I can't escape. I know because I stood up when he entered. The chain will only let me reach to the cell door.

"So this is the girl that will make him so much more loyal to us." the boss speaks.

"Who are you?" I ask, not bothered by his comment.

"My name is Baron Strucker."

"Why am I here? What is going on?"

"You are just full of questions today. Well you see these men next to me, yeah the ones equipped with guns? I control them. But I also have complete control on the winter soldier, my most prized possession. Well I had complete control. His mind has been in different places all week. So when our 'special' techniques on his mind weren't working, we knew something was up. Eventually we got him to tell us he had someone in the bathroom of some motel. He broke the arm of one of my doctors telling them to not kill you, heck we couldn't even leave a scratch."

'What are you saying?"

"You are going to listen to whatever my soldier says. You are his little toy now, something that he can now control. So I control him, and he controls you. Since you are now located here, in HYDRA, he won't run away. He knows that if he does something wrong, we will hurt you."

"How is that fair? I don't get anything out of this! My family is probably worried about me!"

"Ah yes, the great Avengers. They can search all they want, but they won't find my hidden facility. Good luck to them."

"But..."

Strucker throws up his hand like he is telling me to stay quiet. I clamp my mouth shut. He leaves my cell, his guards close behind him. I watch as he locks the door with a silver key. We lock eyes as he places the key in his chest pocket.

"My soldier will be here soon. He is just on a little mission so me and you could formally meet." The russian male says before he walks away, the guards following.

Wrapping my fingers around the bars of the cell door, I watch their backs as they travel away from me. Once I could no longer see them, I started to slightly hit my head against the bars of the cell.

"I need to get out of here before Bucky gets here." I say to anyone that was listening, even though it is just me and the four walls im stuck in.

I search the small room, only seeing the ratted blanket I woke up with. There was actually a small dirty mattress, something that surprised me. I guess I didn't notice that when I woke up. I did see the small window that was towards the ceiling on the back wall. I sadly can't look out the window due to my shortness. But guessing where it is placed, I am in the basement.

Loud footsteps broke me out of my trace of the window. I turn my head, looking down the hallway that Strucker just left from. I first catch sight of the guard that I woke up to. His helmet was off, but he had a smirk instead.

"Hey princess, guess who got back early."
